We enjoyed our round of golf! The sand traps were beautiful and added some challenges that made us think about our next shot. The fairways were cut very short and the rough was thick. A HUGE advantage to those straight-ball hitters! The greens were very fast and not necessarily big, forcing you to play bump and run. The staff at the course, restaurant and hotel were outstanding! We will be back!

Weather was suspect but held off. Course was in great shape but was a little backed up. Saw a beverage cart once, on first hole, then never again the entire afternoon.

This course is one of the best that we play. It's very well maintain and in great condition.You will want to hit the fairways on the back nine the rough is a really heavy it will take a good hard iron to get out.The greens are really challenging ! I Enjoy playing this course it's really nice country side.

Like many PA courses:, they are struggling with drainage issues. Currently undergoing some maintenance.

The real concern is the development around the course.

We really enjoy playing this course. The course is always in great shape. Not many water hazards to worry about. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly.

This was our first time out to play this year. They didn't have all 18 holes open yet, so we played what was open twice. The course was in good shape considering that it is still very early in the golfing season in Pennsylvania.

The front 9 was cart path only it was very wet do to all the rain we've had this summer that makes for a long day of golf.The back 9 was okay still some wet in shots it was still great day of golf I like playing this course.

Toftrees is a beautiful, well-manicured golf course. It was a pleasure to play at the course even though it was a hot steamy day. I’d recommend playing there any time you have a chance.

Very good experience top to bottom friendly staff great course in very good condition considering all the rain they’ve had in the area. Highly recommend one of the best I’ve played in PA beautiful place!

The course was in great shape and the weather was perfect! The tee boxes were clean, the fairways were well mown, and the greens were manicured and well tended and the ball rolled true. No issues with pace of play and the starter is involved to get everyone off smoothly. One of my favorite courses.

The course was in great shape. Very well maintained. The pace of play was slow, due to the amount of people playing.

Toftrees is really solid resort course. I found the layout to be extremely enjoyable. The par 5's in general were rather beastly but that was offset but shorter par 3's which I enjoy. My one main complaint was the damage to the greens. By late June winter issues should be cleared up but that was clearly not the case. Not all greens had damage but the ones that did couldn't hide it.

Overall, Toftrees is worth a play if you catch a reasonable rate.

Having played Toftrees many times, I thought I would treat my wife to a day of golf at the great golf course. My wife absolutely loved it. Conditions were excellent. Greens were a little spotty but very playable. However, the starter originally had us paired with another twosome, but penciled in a twosome into our tee time at 11:54 making 6 players for one tee time. Starter asked the walk-ons if they wanted to play with the other twosome we were scheduled to play with and the walk-on group was given our tee time which is not right. The twosome that walked on should have to wait for an opening not "squeezing" us out of ours. Now I had great time playing the course, and I know I am unusual in requesting to play with another twosome since people like to play by themselves, but your course needs to reconsider their tee sheet procedures. I recommend this course to anyone in the area.

This is definitely one of the best courses in central PA, always in great shape good layout.

The course is always in good shape. Being there so late in the season was a bonus. Course was being aerated. Greens still rolled true. Weather was not as mild as I had hoped.
