For whatever reason, the greens were in very poor condition. Disappointing because regular greens fees were charged. Tee boxes and fairways were generally fine but the greens ruined the overall experience. Normally a great course with a variety of challenges for every level of player.

What would be an excellent golf course is undone by the horrendous greens. Fairways are great and the course has some very fun holes on it but paying anything over $30 to putt on these greens would feel like a scam. Hope to see the conditions improve because it truly is a great track.

Greens were in terrible terrible condition. We were really bummed that we didn't know the conditions, prior to booking.

Ok round, but very disappointing greens conditions

Greens were worth the 20 bucks I paid to play here. They had groups of 5 and 6 on the course. Most let you play through but I got behind a group of 6 on 11 and they refused to let me play through them took 20mins chipping on and putting. No ranger at this course so guys do whatever they want. This is my first and last time here.

The course is deceptively difficult especially when the wind is up. Currently the course is replacing two holes with two that are currently under construction. This course could be a top course in DFW with a bit of work. Not all the green and bunkers are in bad shape, more than a few on the front need some attention.

We had a 1:20 tee time and they sent off a Scramble in front of us at 1:00pm. Not a good thing. We did not have a cart ready with we arrived and then our cart we were assigned only made ti through 8 holes and we had to change.

Course was in terrible shape, green were awful.

Tee boxes are green and in amazing shape, greens are nice for this time of year, seem to be working on course on the side adding stuff witch didn’t effect play. But the staff member at pro shop was short and rude for some reason, as we were somehow a annoyance to him, but overall great course and they had great price for the weather!

Played after considerable rain previous days...Still in good shape and greens ran good when weather warmed...Will be better when construction completed on front 9...Still a top value in the area.

I've played this course several times. Conditions can be spotty but March 2018 all was good. The layout is a bit tricky but overall a good challenge to your game. I'm not a fan of Greg Norman designs as they seem to be designed to be penal not challenging.

Great round. Good pace and course was in great condition for having so much rain lately.

The course was in excellent condition with exception to a couple holes that were being renovated. The construction did not interfere with play. The pass of play was by far the best I have seen being that it was on a holiday weekend and perfect weather. We did not have anyone on the tees behind us or in front of us the whole round. Layout was challenging for my ability and was very receptive for high handicap. Greens and fairway were excellent for this time of year. I am excited to return and will be adding this as one of my frequent courses to play.

It’s a course for drunk kids run by kids. Super slow play, very poor experience.

Great staff (Mike is OUTSTANDING), fun course layout, and very receptive TRUE rolling greens! One eagle and six birdies during 21MPH steady winds!

First discovered this course in 2011 from the 'iDealGolfer' golfer website. The course was in poor condition with numerous issues, ie: greens bare with 1/3 of the green hard dirt, sand traps with grass growing in them, tee boxes that were not mowed, water jugs with green slime coming out, ball washers full of dust, yardage markers burried with overgrown grass, more dirt than sand in the traps and the list goes on. This year is the first year I have seen the greens in better shape, sand traps with manicured sand and an abundance of rakes, tee boxes getting better.... Its great to see that someone is making a BIG difference in rhe course, I'm excited!!

This course is fun for all levels of player. Some short par 4's from the white tees help build confidence. Great course!

Even with several of the holes underwater several days prior to my playing the course, Superintendent and his crew should be given a bonus for not only getting the course playable, but in excellent condition. Played 90 degrees which was understandable, played 4.5 hours but seemed much quicker. Cart Girl was awesome and always appeared when an adult beverage was required.
