Great layout and the staff were super friendly and supplied ample water and ice. Pace was a bit off at 4:30.

This was a great golf course with a very good and challenging layout. The green surfaces had some issues with some bare areas and the bunkers were not in real good shape.

I look forward to my next opportunity to better my score on this course!

Nice Course with some scenic views. I always thought that resort courses were easier and more open, but this one was a challenge which we enjoyed.. my only comment was the group in front of us had difficulty finding fairways and if you strained some, you’re gonna lose balls. Higher handicappers may find this frustrating and we did because we were waiting on them. Still, the pace wasn’t too bad.. the tee boxes need work in my opinion and the greens were a lot slower than I anticipated. It was a great time.

This course is always enjoyable to play. This past weekend was no exception! I was a little weary considering they just punched on May 5th, however the greens were rolling great and punch actually made them better. Green speed was a little slower than I prefer, these were consistent 8-9 STIMP. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Food options are limited to halfway house, they did have an excellent breakfast taco! Fairways are lush and beautiful. I see some are very critical of this track, but overall it’s a very fair and challenging and makes you hit several types of shots. Lots of risk reward opportunities and variations in style of holes. Worth $150 green fee on the weekend.

Pace of play was extremely slow due to one group that was ahead of us and refused to let us play through. 3 hours and 50 minutes later we had to leave the coarse after playing the 11th hole. We were unable to finish our quite costly round and we never once saw a Marshall, when we called the pro shop to have a Marshall come out we were informed that he had gone home for the day and nothing could be done. I have played this coarse many times before and always had a great experience. I believe this was a fluke but I am still very disappointed.

I had a fantastic time playing Lost Pines Golf Course. The course was still a little damp from the heavy deluge (2–4 inches) the day before, but overall it was in excellent condition. Pace of play was spot-on at 4 hours and 20 minutes for cart path only, the greens rolled true and smooth (though understandably a bit slow around 8–9 on the stimpmeter after all the rain), and a few greens had some bare spots along the edges—however, the excellent pin placements kept them completely out of play. Fairways were lush with near-perfect lies on almost every hole, while the bunkers were washed out and clearly needed some attention, which was to be expected after the previous day’s downpour. It’s a great track and a very enjoyable round despite the recent weather—highly recommend!

Had a 9:20 tee time on a Saturday. Arrived at the first tee at 9:15 only to find two foursomes ahead of us on the tee, they were together. First group takes about ten tee shots to get one in play. Second group not much better. Asked the starter what was going on and he didn’t say anything.

Took three hours to play the first nine - get to tenth tee and same thing. Ask the starter to do something and he just shrugs and says it took them a while at the turn to buy beer.

Save your money - play elsewhere. Not worth it, not by a long shot.

Greens and hospitality poor for course in this price range.

Worst value for your money. Greens are terrible. I would not come here again for this price point.

Large price and having to pay to park? I didnt like that.

Love the course layout. Friendly staff and good amenities.

I played this course 3 years ago, and I remember it being on much higher quality. if I pay 200+ green fee I expect a lot better quality. I was extremely disappointed. Greens were patchy with areas without grass. Fairways were generally in good shape, but around the greens was inconsistent. There are public courses in better shape to be perfectly honest.
