Great conditions. Leaves are starting to fall so can be tricky in some places to find ball.
Cool Breeze
A good day with Rob and Beaux...Great breeze and golfers were friendly to let us go by.
Margaritaville GC poor condition
No clear markings for tee boxes.
Greens are mostly spotty with bare dirts and black molds.
Always Happy
Easy check-in, easy hooking up with someone to play with
One of These Days
As usual the Fairways were nicely cut and beautiful views of the wildlife. Appreciated the tractor and lawn guys turning the engines off while swinging. Money Shot for the Hole in One is getting closer... one of these days.
Very satisfied with the days play
Lost greens
They’ve lost their greens this year. Great course layout, sad to see.
Decent round-good value
I played on a hot deal so the round wasn't a bad value. Conditions weren't good, greens had bare patches and the course was generally shabby in appearance. That said, $50 for 18 holes on a fairly challenging layout is a pretty good value around here!
Tuesday Play
Nice facilities. Some greens were rough and getting burnt out and need some TLC. Course needs a marshal to keep pace of play at or under 4 hours.
Morning Tee Time
To my surprise the early tee off was met with a friendly group of guys. In fact, I actually enjoyed my company. If you ever are looking to meet new people, book early. The greens were rough, bad patches. Probably need tp be sanded and seeded. Fairways were in great shape. Nice par long par 4 on 16. Thanks...
Good Deal
I do not get to play during the week much anymore. I found this good deal and it was worth it. The course was in pretty good shape and once the dew dried the greens where very consistent and in pretty good shape. The fairways in my opinion were a bit long. I have been playing this course since High School back when it was Del Lago the layout is great and it's a true test. I love the tall pines that line the fairway and really shape the holes.
Potentially a great course
Staff is super friendly, pro shop, and cart people are great. The issue I had was minor pace of play and also administrative things. Way too many groups of 6 playing and also guys blasting music where you can hear it 2 holes down. Some of the holes could use TLC especially the fairways. Greens were decent, holes definitely present a challenge. I would go back and play but maybe just a week day not a weekend.
Margaritaville
The course was in great shape. Had some slow groups in front of us but after a call to the pro shop they sent out someone to resolve the issue. On the last four holes we encountered some idiot who was setting up a tri-pod recording every shot and hitting multiple balls each time. He was a horrible player so just be on the lookout for this clown.
Fun Time
Good course. Some tight fairways with trees, water, and pine needles that can make wayward shots hard to find. Greens were mostly in decent shape and very receptive. Two of them were in bad shape but you can tell they are trying to recover them from the recent years or drought. Front nine greens rolled quite slower than the back nine, but ran smooth.
Friendly staff and quick play in the mornings. Friendly bar worker and cart prep.
Great Course
Fun course, Friendly staff! Will be playing here again
