About Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort

Tapatio Springs is a modest-sized resort in the small Hill Country town of Boerne, located north of San Antonio. The 18-hole golf course, formerly 27 holes, underwent an extensive renovation and redesign project at the hands of Tripp Davis in 2015 to create an updated experience for golfers. Off-course amenities at this resort include a brand new clubhouse, home to the La Cascada Table & Bar, a social hub for the resort and local community. Owned by musician George Strait, the property features a singer-songwriter live music series on weekends.

Great course to play anytime of the year! This was my 4th time playing since this summer and Tapitio never disappoints. The staff is friendly from the proshop thru the beverage cart girl. They actually remembered me from the 4 months ago and helpful when my blood sugar was low. The greens were slower today than normal but other than that a must play if visiting the San Antonio/ Beorne Tx area.

Nice redesign/beautiful new clubhouse

I played this course approximately 2 years ago after clubhouse burned down. The new facility is absolutely fabulous. The course has been redesigned and the layout is a nice improvement. Greens are in great shape too. There has been a lot of play on the course and fairways are matted down. The range can only accommodate shots up to 215 yards. The front nine pace of play was perfect but came to abrupt halt on back nine when a foursome of members was thrust in front of us. From the tips course plays appropriately 5600 yards

Went by myself and was paired up with a gentleman from Austin and a couple from Sugar Land.

The course was in excellent shape, gps and bluetooth on carts. Had a great time.
