Quirky

I had high expectations going into this course and it was somewhat underwhelming. The conditions were very good with the greens rolling smooth but, for the money there are better courses in the area. The views are amazing though of the holes are on mountian sides or ski slopes. The design is compact, and course very quirky and odd. A decent course but a little to out there for me.

Mountain goats will love it

No clubhouse, many dirt and gravel cart paths, front nine on ski mountain,, poor refreshments,, beautiful vistas make up for much and it’s inexpensive.

Tricked Up

The course was in good shape but an unusual (not in a good way) golfing experience. Parking is a ways away. No practice range and the course (front side especially) was tricked up. No towels, no water available until the 5th hole. Mud cart paths. Many of the greens were severve and somewhat ridiculous. Beautiful seenery. Probably will not be back.

Crazy but fun course

Gorgeous course with a ton of elevation. Staff was very nice. Played for $75 which is a bargain in a town that is very expensive. I would definitely play again for that cost.

The negatives

* only saw the cart girl on #1. We called on 14 and they said you can stop after 15 and you pass a 7-11?????? We did stop and get a drink. Supposed to be a drink/food station on 5 but it wasn’t open. Another water station on back 9 and it was almost empty. Bring lots of liquids.

* the geeens are in excellent shape but the undulations were crazy. Had several 50 foot putts where I expected to also have to hit through a clowns mouth.

* on most holes it is extremely tight especially on several holes where there are elevated tee boxes.

* bring a lot of golf balls

With all of this being said we had a great time and would probably play much better the 2nd time knowing where we need to aim on blind shots. Beautiful views!!

Target golf. The greens were the only enjoyable part of the course. Par fives were poorly laid out probably due to lack of land.

Great conditions. Target golf. Fun round

Tricky course but overall very fun and totally worth the $$$. Par 70 with only two Par 4's on the back nine, so lots of scoring opportunities. Good shots rewarded, bad shots penalized. Very memorable round.

Water bottle provided by pro shop was a nice touch. Stay hydrated! You're in the desert.

Not worth the money

For the record, it’s a beautiful mountain course, with lots of great holes and it’s a thought track.

But no driving range to loosen up. The practice green is made of AstroTurf so you have no idea of what the greens will be like. High Altitude course with only two waters stops, no operating turn stand, and a drink Carl that stays stationary about 25 yards from the back nine water stop. Oh, and no ice as the water in the cart is non-potable.

Kind of a shame, really. Such a pretty course. Much better options in the area for far less than the c-note required to play here. We’ve really enjoyed playing here in the past, but doubt we will be back.

Great views with interesting shots.

I really enjoyed the course itself. Beautiful views with challenging greens. Could use a better practice range. A cubicle with a mat is not what is needed for such a nice course. Everything else was top notch. The phone ap was nice touch too.

Beautiful Round

What awesome views on this course. There's no driving range and the putting green was in poor

shape but the course was excellent.

BriPat

Course has spectacular views but a mountain goat layout. Huge undelating greens that can lead to 3 and 4 putts:-(

Many high tees with difficulty on either sides of fairways. Try it once to see how you go about putting a golf course in a spectacular mountain setting.

Lucked out and played on opening day while travelling through Utah. Great conditions, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The front 9 has wonderful views up and down the ski area. Hit a bad shot, who cares so beautiful!

Forced this course into an area where you could get maybe 12 good holes. Some beautiful holes but many quriky, awkward holes.
