About Lake Lawn Resort
Lake Lawn Resort is set upon 250 wooded acres on the shores of Delavan Lake in the Lake Geneva vacation region of Wisconsin. Revived by new owners after a brief closure in 2011, the historic property has been entertaining guests for more than 130 years. Its 271 rooms offer either a patio or balcony to bring the outdoors to guests. Resort amenities include a spa, three restaurants, fitness center, arcade game room, two outdoor and one indoor pool, walking paths, mini-golf; and outdoor tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts. A full 165-slip marina provides access to the lake with boat rentals, paddleboards, paddleboats, kayaks and wave runners. The 12th hole of the 6,201-yard Majestic Oaks golf course runs gracefully along the shores of the lake.Facts

Great value
Course is in great shape. Mature trees, they push mow the greens and no real blind shots. One drawback is the greens are all multi-tier and pin placement was terrible (within a flag stick of the fringe, on a downward slant, etc). Almost impossible to one putt even if you set yourself up well.
Spectacular views
Friendly staff and great views on the course, Although Lay out /holes could have been a little better.
Smith Anniversary Outing
We had a fantastic time! We had a scramble with grandchildren and the golf course people couldn't have been nicer! We would recommend the course to anyone but especially to families.
Very slow greens
This course has a great potential. Everything is in great shape. The only complaint but a big one is the slow greens. Easily the slowest greens I have played on without question. Make the greens faster and they could charge much more. It was a fun course but I will not play it again because of the greens.
This place has many good people
I played almost all public courses in Chicago land. Never seen as professional and friendly staffs like Majestic Oaks. I always bring my boat to this resort when I play golf. Marina people are also very nice. Went to restaurants,... didn’t see as helpful people like this in Chicago.
There’s gotta be something special about this year place.

Great Venue
What a terrific course. The bent grass greens were just perfect, like putting on a carpet. Visiting from Florida, it was fun to putt on something besides Bermuda grass. Extremely friendly and personable staff. The Bloody Mary bar was an added bonus. Would definitely play again.
Great course
First time golfing here. The course was in excellent shape. No brown spots anywhere. The scenery arond the lake was a bonus. Was one of the first people out so pace of play was based solely on myself. Did finish 18 holes in 1:55.
