About
Lake Lawn Resort spans across two miles of shoreline along Delavan Lake. The resort was founded in 1878, making it one of Wisconsin's oldest leisure destinations. Its proximity to both Chicago and Milwaukee has made it very popular. The championship golf course was not added until 1921, but it is still one of the area's oldest. It has a traditional layout that was revamped in 1990 but the original character was carefully preserved. The course is known for the stately oaks that are abundant throughout the course. The mature trees frame the holes and demand accuracy as well as creative shot-making. There are also deep sand bunkers strategically placed along Lake Lawn Resort's greensides. The greens themselves are quite tricky and varied too. Some have subtle but tough undulations while others are multi-tiered.

Nice Course in great shape
This course has beautiful lake views and the greens roll true. No complaints, the course is in great shape and it is a fun layout with amazing views of the lake.
Great course, well maintained
I vacationed and stayed at Lake Lawn. I enjoyed this course. A few holes have a great view of the lake. The course was very well maintained and had some nice features.
My kind of course and bald eagle sighting!
Everything is right out in front of you no tricked up holes. Love the fact that you can spray it around and not lose a ball and have a penalty, but you may have to hit over under or through a strategically planted tree. I did end up in a couple greenside bunkers and they played very true out of them. I did not think the greens had as much tilt to them as they looked. They were rolling very true and maybe the pins were just in spots that were flat, but I seemed to not play the putts straight enough. Maybe in Midsummer they break more as they get firmer. Would love to walk the back nine as I only had time to walk the front nine very enjoyable walk. The only issue is from one green to two tea up the hill, but with it being at the start of the round, you have all that energy anyway. Love the stretch of 56 and seven in the corner. The big tree to the right of 7T box cannot be missed. It is truly majestic.

Golf course was in great shape. Everyone was very friendly. Could’ve used the beverage cart on the golf course but had a wonderful time.

The course was in pure shape. Greens were awesome.
No driving range but honestly got the price this course is in amazing shape and has a super fun layout with lots of birdie opportunities, but also a mix of tough par 3s. Awesome views of the Lake throughout the course.
