Very impressive quality of the course. I was not expecting to be that good.

It is very well maintained, water hazards are very clean water pools with fountains and clean bottoms. Workers are everywhere keeping the course in shape.

The course is a championship course.

Strange things but not a problem: the range is very far from the clubhouse.

Pride is very reasonable.

After playing this round, I paid for lifetime membership and purchased a property at this city. That’s how good this course impressed me. My retirement will be there for sure.

After a small hiccup convincing the pro shop that I had already paid for the round all went fine. Course is actually very impressive with very good playing conditions. Firm, fast and true greens with water hazards that look like the cleanest swimming pools. The layout is a bit strange with back-to-back par 3’s and 5’s on several occasions - some of these are very healthy in length to make up for the short par 4’s.

Be prepared for a 5 minute drive between holes 3-4 and 12-13 and for some reason many of the tee markers were on the wrong teeing decks which is annoying after you already choose the yardage you want to play.

Would for sure play it again based on the playing conditions.
