Solidly Average
The course isn’t spectacular. But as the summer wears on, the course, and especially the greens, are looking much better. I wish there was more variety in the green structure overall like there is on hole 2 which is the long par 3. This green is three-tiered and a real challenge to play. It’s a lot of fun. The rest of the greens are pretty flat. So I’m not sure why we get one really creative and fun green and the rest are bland. Just an observation. The course stays pretty wet so that’s a bummer. You won’t get any roll in the fairways. A final thought. The regular course rate of $25 for 9 holes is crazy. If you’re not getting the Hot Rate from GolfNow, then you’re way overpaying for the course you’re getting. I would ask management to lower the rate. You pay $50 for 18 holes which is very similar to the Ole Miss Course which is nice and worth that money. It’s not worth it here. The rates should be lower.
An Overpriced and Dangerous Gimmick Course
I've played this course over 50 times and it is a good time but severely overpriced considering the quality of the course and what you have to deal with just to play golf. The course is $26 and some change for 9 holes with a cart, which wouldn't be bad but the course itself isn't worth that. If it were cheaper or even higher quality, the course would be great.
The biggest issue with this course are the apartment complex residents, although it's an apartment complex with a nine hole executive course- the amount of non-golfers on the course is insane.
The adults of this apartment complex walk their dogs frequently and use the course as a cut-through to walk to the nearby gas-station. The children who live in this complex often play in greenside bunkers on most every hole and sometimes will play in them while you're hitting your approach shots, overall super dangerous. You can find kids sand/beach toys in multiple bunkers throughout, particulary the par 5's.
In terms of the golf course itself, the tee boxes are often chewed up, unlevel, or either dirt/sand. The fairways are very narrow and over watered, there is little roll out with driver. You have to clean the ball after most every shot because of how muddy the course is. The roughs of the course are often packed with residents' litter and are often under some sort of repair. The greens are best described as slow and irregular. The carts at this course are slow to accelerate and have seen better days. Slow play is also an issue here- some of the younger golfers do not know when to let people play through and management doesn't seem to care.
Just pathetic
Joke of a course. Bad staff. Very poor greens and fairways. Cancellation policy is dumb as a pig. Wouldn’t let me walk on at 2:30pm with nobody else on the course. Avoid it at all costs.
Terrible, shouldn’t be a golf course
Terrible, I can’t imagine any nice to say. If you like this type play just go to an apartment complex and play from parking lot island to island, same thing,
