A charming local gem beloved of the few members.
You will play from mats and putt on imperfect astroturf, but unless it's Sunday (competition day), you'll likely have this sunny delight to yourself.
Clubhouse has a toilet and an honesty box for your bargain £10 greenfee. The fairways are played as "preferred lies" all year round and are green or brown according to the season, but the 9 green /18 tee course is challenging and beautifully situated. A real little links in a far away place.
No shop, so bring what you need.
