Paraiso Golf Course

Pros:

- Php 600 or around $10 to play a 9 hole golf course.

- Terrain is challenging since it is hilly..

- 12 minutes from City Center.

Cons

- Caddies are not trained and not professional. Do not ask advice from them when playing since they are locals

- Clubhouse is more like a pay area, dont expect

- Courses are maintained but not at par with expensive ones.

Final comment- Php 600 for a Golf 9 hole game ( Year Jan. 2026) hard to beat that and open to the public, does not offer the best but just ok. The terrain will improve your skill a lot.

Good exercise its hilly, but you will always have a side hill lie. Greens are small and poorly maintained. Bunkers have no sand or rakes.

Caddies are a joke if there is one, but its just a scam, they are ball finders and have zero rule and etiquette knowledge. The road in is more suited for driving cattle as its full of wash outs, you couldn't or shouldn't try and drive a real car there.

Flags are terrible, no logic or system of appropriate placement or color. No bunker rakes, not that they are proper traps they are horrible. For a country of many beaches, for some reason they haven't figured out you need sand not dirt.

Easily the worst clubhouse (its not a clubhouse more like a squatter shack). Decrepit machinery all around, staff smoke everywhere its just a terrible course for any real golfer
