Wonderful staff
The fairway bunkers could use some attention. Great staff, from the check in to the club cleaners. Everyone is pleasant and eager to ensure your experience is first rate. We will be back.
Beautiful and challenging course
El Tigre is really beautiful. Plenty of water and open fairways. On many holes the water draws your ball, never to be seen again, so bring extras. The on cart GPS is nice but annoyingly disables the cart when you are exiting the fairway at the designated exits. That should be corrected, but you learn quickly to swing wide for the exits. The restaurant has a great vegan sandwich along with the rest of the menu. The beverage cart is always around and such nice ladies. There’s water bottles in the cooler and they will bring more if you run out. At the end of the round your shoes and clubs are cleaned. A very enjoyable day.
Great Course
Beautiful course! A bit on the expensive side but a great day!
An apart from the lady at the pro shop...no smile...no welcome...so so...
A big special thank you to the guy who welcome us at the starter it was 5 stars thank you so much guys
Wonderful golf outing
The golf course was a pleasure to play. Nice wide fairways are for the most part forgiving, but water does come into play on some holes as well. I will definitely want to play this course again when we come on vacation to P.V. next time.
Amazing Experience
You won’t regret playing here! Beautiful course, well kept grounds, A+++ service
Paid for “hot rate” on golf now and very happy customer.
Played several times
Over a number of years we have played El Tigre many times. It is good to see the course back on GolfNow. Our only caution would be that golfers arrange pick up as the taxi took a long time to arrive and was in terrible shape.
Challenging
Great layout. Water comes in to play in a number of holes. Plays from the whites to 6200 yards. Green side bunkers could use a bit more sand as at times it’s difficult to properly slide the club under due to the minimal amount of “soft” sand.
Nice, expensive course
Nice track. Good challenge. But not worth the $160usd they want to play it. I’ve played better tracks for less. But that’s golf in the Puerto Vallarta area.
Tight lies
Course is in good shape but fairways are thin and wet. Tight wet lies everywhere on fairways present a challenge. With water in play on 10 holes any slight miss hit costs you. Greens were very good and fast. Great layout, just need a bit more grass on the fairways.
