Vidanta course review
Very friendly staff and good off course amenities. Course is in good condition, pace of play could be better.
Very good recreational course
Have play Vidabta San Jose Del Cabo over a number of years ... a good recreational experience- great to tune up your game prior to northern season getting into full swing. - - be helpful if they would invest in tuning up the bunkers
Value
Every other course in Cabo costs over 200 bucks! Except if you follow golf now for the hot deals! I played Cabo real yesterday for 115 dollars. Anyway played 18 holes (9x2) at Vidanta for 36 bucks plus the 25 dollar for food and drinks.
As water becomes an issue so does the quality of play they need to water more!
Great Value
If you are looking to play 9 or 18 while on vacation, this course is great. Challenging and won't break the bank. Friendly staff, good food!
Misleading
Golf Now posted Vidante has a driving range. It is a net and no range exists.
Also, your receipt says paid, zero balance, but once you show up there is a $25 food fee.( it is in small print) The food is available at the start and at the turn. The turn is where the club house is located and the outdoor grill is at. You get one chance to eat by giving them a voucher that you are given after paying in the clubhouse the extra $25. If you are drinking alcohol the food fee is no big deal, but at my 8am tee time I was not interested in alcohol.
There is only one set of nine holes that you play twice.
When I booked my tee time online, I was happy with the great rate, but after seeing firsthand what you get for the tee time plus food fee, I would rather pay more and Play 18 holes and have a real driving range to use with all you can eat and drink.
Lose the mandatory food /Bev $25 charge!
Course dry as a bone. $100 with mandatory charge is too high.
Good Value
3rd time playing during my vacation. Good value for the area. Great staff!
Mandatory food/Bev charge a joke
Course is super dry, greens different from hole to hole. The $25 mandatory charge for food (1serving of four tiny tacos) and beverage a sad money grab. They are not Puerto Los Cabo course!
Get rid of it, every single golfer complains about it- tourists and locals alike!
Mandatory food/beverage charge a joke
The extra charge of $25 for food and Beverage is a joke! Do they think they’re Puerto Los Cabos that for the same price has an amazing choice of food and you hit it 4 times during a round? Everyone you golf with agrees- lose it! I’d rather buy my drinks than feel like I’m forced to drink and then at the end get 4 tiny tacos. And it’s the same choice every day. Blek. Course is very dry and greens inconsistent. Wish I could justify paying $350 at the other courses, not one pops up on Golf Now these days.
Fun and Unique Experience; Priced right for what it is
If you're looking to get perfectly manicured conditions, look elsewhere. But we enjoyed our round here thoroughly. Course was wide open, and the fees were reasonable considering you'll pay $200+ elsewhere without any included food and beverage. Love that they load you up with drinks before teeing off and have a bar on the course after 5. Will definitely play again.
Best bang for your Buck
Is it the nicest course in Cabo? No, not even close but using the golf now app I paid 60 bucks for 18 holes 9+9. Plus 25 dollars for drinks and lunch! Try the hamburger! Everyplace else is 200 to 300 dollars! And stay away from Cabo Country Club!! Some is the greens were so diseased I wouldn’t even walk on them!
Have fun
