Overall good golf course layout ,well looked after.i say good value for your money cheaper prices on golf now hot deals is best way to pay .some very nice views .
Not the best time
Nancy & David, who we were paired up with, were so much fun!
The Manager was there that day, and he was micromanaging all the personnel in excess!
Pushing, pushing , pushing! Gave us NO time to settle in. Beers, drinks, water, & breakfast burritos
were brought out to us.. Never saw the beverage cart until the 11th hole. Asked for three spicy
Margaritas, and they were Absolutely Horrible! She poured four different spices in the cup (Maggi,
Tajin, Worchestire sauce, two different hot sauces), small amount of orange liquor, tequila, lime juice, and ice.
All dumped out before the green!
No place on the course to “relieve” yourself. I’m over 70, and can’t make it two hours!
But, don’t get me wrong… All the staff were extremely friendly! They were just under SO much pressure!
Club Manager needs to back the F off!
Great bang for your buck
Played it a couple times the staff, course and atmosphere is awesome, Cabo has some expensive places to play but I got a hot deal and well worth the price. Has a 25 dollar mandatory fee for food and beverage, had great tacos and all you can drink
Good value golf vourse
Golf was great … no cart girl until 2nd last hole so paid $25 each for not much
Great value
In a location where so much big money controls the vast majoring golf courses, this little gem is basically what we all expect. About $100 per round after tips and convenience fees for drinks on the course and food. . Will stop back many times!
Another good round at SJD Vidanta
Course was great.. weather awesome … paid $50 for two people for food and drink and only saw cart girl at once 16th hole … breakfast grill not ready at 8:30 am tee off … very poor food and drink deal on this day … disappointing
Extra $25 fee mandatory
Prepaid thru Golf now but told at check-in I owed $50 for food and beverage. I told them I just ate and did not want it. They told me I was not allowed to play if I did not pay that "fee"..I call it a hostage tax....Had to pay it and got cookies and Gatorade....course dried out and yellow....won't be back
Couldn't figure it out
I tried to book this course on GolfNow & TeeOff but every time I tried to book an "available" tee time I got a message that it was no longer available. Every tee time I tried; I got the same message. I don't have cell service in Cabo so couldn't call. I have emailed but so far no replay.
Fish tacos
Great fish tacos “included “ in the cost. Mandatory $25 food/bar tab. Was able to stop for lunch between 9’s. A lot cheaper than other area courses. A bit brown but still fun for a cheaper course. Friendly staff .
Very good value for a public course
Great staff and amenities. The course layout is great, greens are decent, fairways and rough a little dry and inconsistent. Two suggestions for improvement would be a little more organization at the turn after nine to keep the round moving better and towels on the carts or rental bags to clean clubs. Overall well worth the money.
Fun round … good hosts
Played 3.5 hr round .. fun course !
Great food at pro shop cafe
Vidanta Golf Club
Most golf in Cabo is an expensive proposition, the exception is Vidanta Golf Course. Green fees are reasonable ($120 for direct booking) but $80 or less through GolfNow. I got a hot deal for $50 plus about $10 in fees.
It’s a 9 hole course that you loop twice, the turn was organized and timely. It’s a decent course with well kept fairways, greens and bunkers. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The is a mandatory $25 food and beverage charge that is easy to outspend. Breakfast burritos and lunch tacos are good and freshly prepared. There is also an open bar at the first tee / turn and a cart stocked as a full bar circling the course.
Overall Vidanta is a good golf experience but more down to earth than many of the high end experiences you’ll find (and pay more than double) in Cabo. It’s a Chevy Tahoe not a Range Rover.
No singles
Nice little 9 hole. Doesn’t compare to the other courses in San José. Not even close. Pretty much an above average muni in the states. One negative is they will not let a single go out in their own cart unless the course is dead. They will make you wait until they can pair you you with a foursome. Very good staff. Note: there is a $25 fee due at the course that is not included in green fee. Actually not a bad deal because you get all the beer/ drinks and food you can drink/ eat. Fun course overall. Also, no walking allowed.
A good value in an expensive golf market
Even though only 9 holes, it is a good track. Playing it twice you’d think there would be a back up at the turn , but it is managed well to avoid that. Can be windy in the hills there and has elevation changes making it fun.
I found the best prices online. By far. The required $25 fee for 4 tacos and 4 beers plus snacks doesn’t do much for me since I don’t drink when playing, but I’m sure some will think that’s a great deal.
Met some very nice snow birds from Canada who are here for 3 months. Always nice locals to play with there.
Nice 9 hole for cheap.
This course is a great alternative to the very expensive courses in Los Cabos.
It was much cheaper on Tee Off or GolfNow.
You have to pay US$25 for all you can eat and drink beer, mixed drinks and tacos, but we definitely got our money’s worth!
If you want a much cheaper golf experience I would definitely recommend this track.

Good value
This is a great 9 hole for the price, happy to have found this place. I like it.
