The Club At Ibis

About The Club at Ibis
The Club at Ibis is one of South Florida’s premier private club communities. Located at the edge of the the 23-square-mile Grassy Waters Preserve, it combines great location and world-class amenities into a place where the resort lifestyle becomes the everyday.
Golf is the signature amenity at The Club at Ibis. It is home to three golf courses crafted by the golf’s most recognizable family name: Nicklaus. The Legend Course, opened in 1990 and renovated in 2017, is a Jack Nicklaus signature layout where elevated greens, strategic bunkering and water in play on 11 holes provide a challenge members love to face day in and day out. It also hosted the LPGA’s Office Depot tournament and the Senior Club Professional Championship.
Opened in 1991, the Heritage Course is a Jack Nicklaus II original that was dentified as one of the “Most Women-Friendly in America” by Golf for Women Magazine. Several peninsula greens separated from the water by attractive rock-wall bulkheads provide visual intrigue.
Rounding out The Club At Ibis’ golf complement is the Steve Nicklaus-designed Tradition Course. Opened in 2001, this layout meanders through the southern portion of the property. Its fairways are generous while the greens have some interesting undulations, making for a fun putting test. Top instruction is led by Martin Hall, with a team eager to assist all levels of experience.
The Club at Ibis also features world-class tennis facilities, including 16 tennis courts (1 hard court and 15 Har-Tru courts) and four pickleball courts. Jay Berger, former pro tennis player and father of PGA Tour winner Daniel Berger, is a key part of the tennis instruction staff.
Golf, tennis, fine and casual dining, swimming and several other activities all revolve around Ibis’ recently completely renovated, $37 million clubhouse. Dozens of member-led clubs help deepen the sense of community, with everyone feeling welcome and enriched.
The Club at Ibis comprises more than 1,900 acres, with 33 neighborhoods and more than 1,800 homesites and residences across the full of size and budget range. Several villas are available for less than $200,000 and grand estates for more than $1.5 million.
