About Kiva Dunes

Kiva Dunes Resort is set within a conservation area on the Fort Morgan peninsula minutes from the sugar-white beaches of Gulf Shores. Its vacation rentals range from full homes to fully furnished condos, each allowing guests access to the resort's four pools, two restaurants and private beach. The Kiva Beach Club is home to a salt-water pool and full restaurant service. Massage and yoga services are available. Kiva Dunes, a Jerry Pate design, is considered by many Alabama's No. 1 public course.

Another great experience

Beautiful weather and course was in great condition. Greens continue to be quite firm and quick with a lot of undulation on them. Be cautious on your approaches! Group in front was glacially slow but the Marshall did a nice job and we finally played through which we appreciated. While a bit slow the course, cart and greens staff and beautiful weather kept it pleasant. We will be playing again soon! Love the golf now value too. Saved $30/per person!

Too windy to really review.

If I could have played a different day I would have because the wind was impossible but it was my last day of vacation so I gave it a shot. I was matched with another single so I wasn’t the only crazy one out there that day. Never caught up with the group ahead and the foursome behind us never caught up to us so I’d say pace was a 5. Course was, as expected, in great shape and the greens were reading true for me. Even with the wind I did have a good time.

Good course

Excellent course. Demanding but fair. Challenging holes and layouts. Not to difficult to find balls out of fairway usually. Greens very nice. Recommend this ciourse. Little pricey considering lot of open t times

Very friendly staff

I had a good time at kiva dunes. The pace was fairly quick for a resort course. Not a difficult course and 5 sets of tees make it playable for everyone.

A great golf course

ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL COURSES ON THE GULF COAST. THE STAFF IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE COURSE IS IMMACULATELY MAINTAINED AND THE LAYOUT IS CHALLENGING BUT FAIR. ONE OF MY FAVORITE ROUNDS EVER!!
