Fun
The course was in good condition. Adobe Biktmore is a fun course to play.
Aerated Greens without notice
This was my first time playing this course. I wouldn't have paid so much knowing the greens were being aerated.
Biltmore, always worth it
The team at Biltmore is always friendly. they did a good job on the holiday weekend with pace of play & staying organized.
Adore #5 Under Repair
The course was 95% great and in shape. Hole nber #5 is horrible. The green is a shaved patch of flat grass in the middle of a fairway with a flag in a hole. No warnings or heads up that Hole #5 Adobe is a complete disaster under construction zone. Beware. Hopefully they will discount it more after people read this. I was shocked nobody said a word. Sneaky. I won't recommend this golf course to anyone who Values money until they get their construction renovations complete.
Only Links 18 was open, and slow play
The Biltmore Links was an okay layout. Overall course was in good shape. Pace of play was slow. No beverage cart service either. Surprised play was so slow at 3 pm on a Monday in May???
Biltmore Adobe
I always wanted to play one of the courses at the iconic Biltmore hotel complex in Phoenix. Sadly, everything felt worn out…like a cash-strapped muni course. However, there appears to be a renovation project in the works scheduled for completion in late 2023. I’ll give it another try after completion.
staff very friendly greens fast
cart person very helpful and extemely polite
need some work on tee boxes
overall very good day
Disappointing
Too historic an area and neighborhood for the course to be so unkept. Lots of nearby construction and just awful greens. Beautiful houses line the fairways but the course needs work.
Expected better
I fully expected a well maintained course and that was farthest from the case the greens were in horrible condition I haven’t been to a course with worse greens for the money to play a round here you would think the greens would be maintained at least somewhat
ALL BUT ONE HOLE, #5
I could only give my honest opinion of the Adobe Golf Course at The Biltmore. It is a very good and challenging layout for all golfers, even the back Black tee box which will be enough to challenge all, you long hitters—lots of trees and lots of narrow fairways with several bunkers to avoid. The greens are in good shape and the grass was excellent even though the golf carts are rolling all over them from tee to green. However, ADOBE HOLE #5 is a disaster. It is cut short by all the construction going on in front of the clubhouse/grill. They literally put a temp green patch of cut out the grass that was once a flat fairway and punched a hole in the middle and put up the flag to resemble a green and hole but it is not even close to a real golf hole. I was shocked to see this during my round without any notice or information.
2nd 18 of the day
We went to play more golf after a round at Grayhawk
No comparison but a fun course
The course is a confidence builder to play tougher courses. More like a 50 course.
Worst experience you’ll have
For the price this is one of the worst deals out there. I’ve played municipal courses with better quality than this for $20. The Biltmore had dried out grass, greens had dry spots affecting puts. I’ve never had this happen but after paying over $100 for the round course ranger told me and the random single I was playing with that we would have to share a cart for the remaining 9 holes. Literally took our bags out of our carts and said sorry my manager is throwing a fit about it. The random guy and I were left shocked. layout is similar to an 18 hole shalimar golf club. Which is $15 per round and the worst course I know of. If I could give this place a zero star I would. You’ll waste your money playing here. Sad this multi million dollar complex is so poorly run from the course to the management.
Nothing like the photos
Poor condition, terrible tee boxes. Green fees should only be about $40. That would match up to course conditions.
Great Layout and love the wide fairways!
This was my first time playing here. Great layout and love the wide fairways! The weather was absolutely perfect, which just enhanced the overall experience. For those that gave this course a bad review due to the construction, and you only play once a year.....stay in your lane!
I would recommend this course to anyone and everyone!!
