New name, same below-average course
No beverage cart, no indication the range was closed, unfriendly staff, forced to sign a waiver to drive the cart (do any courses do that anymore?) muddy.. all for the reasonable price of ~$70. Wouldn't recommend this course. It's in need of a full makeover - if you change your course name, change some other stuff that matters as well.
Not in good shape.
Driving range was closed due to a concert the night before on the range. And the first hole tee box (par5) was pulled forward to 300 yards. That was not a good start to the first time playing here. Fairways were a mess. Rough was all dirt and greens were just ok (slow and bumpy when I played with lots of unfixed ball marks). Attention to detail was just not there. No sand/seed mixture in the bottles, unattended tee box areas and an overall junky look to the course. In good conditions with some tender loving care this course could be very nice. Layout was ok and for the most part playable. The price offered on GolfNow lead me to expect less than average conditions. Guess I got What I paid for. I do Not like leaving bad reviews but hopefully management takes notice and makes a necessary investment in improving conditions.
new website isn't working and had a difficult time getting information. Had to book on Golf Now
Greens are great!
Course is improving everyday! You can certainly tell they are moving in the right direction. Price is always one of the cheapest in the Valley. Give it a shot.
Awesome round
Great round of golf with a very helpful and professional staff. Made the first time experience awesome
No Value
Don't waste your money. This would be a $35.00 Canadian dollars back in Edmonton.
The course was in very poor conditions. Its extremely dated and has extremely low value.
Greens are the best part of the course.
You can find lots of courses in the area with better value. Grand Canyon University course is 10x's the course.
Save your money. You can thank me later.

Nice
Greens in good shape fairways okay, alot of brown/dry spots but to be expected this time of year and the cost was very reasonable for Phoenix
Course was average. Why am I no longer getting emails with the weekly promo code.
I will not play this course again under the current management/ownership
The course was in terrible condition! Tee Boxes were all chewed up with no evidence that the staff has worked to fix them. The fairways had abundance of areas with little or no grass. Some areas off the fairways had mud puddles due to leaky irrigation fixtures, The bunkers didn't have much sand. Thankfully, the greens were in reasonable condition. I've played here before and course conditions were not too bad. But, I probably won't be back to play...
Average
Average is about all I can say. Tees, fairways were just natural type grass. Greens were ok but nothing special. Cart girl was friendly (had coffee++ in morning), but only came around twice all round, which was ok for me. Rest of staff was just average. Starter seemed a little confused. Balanced the tee offs to threesomes which made sense then put us as foursome with twosome behind us who had to wait.??
All things considered, I enjoyed the round
