Canoa Ranch Golf Resort

Course is really drying out as they are getting ready for over seeding next week. Sand bunkers are still in bad shape. Hoping for some improvement after over seeding is finished. The course is still for sale I think so maybe they don't want to put too much money into improvements.

The course was on better condition than the last play, good pace of playing

Torres Blancas is closed for over seeding, so players are coming to Canoa Ranch to play golf making for slow play. No marshal to move the slow players along this time of year. Some of the bunkers show a little improvement. Still need a lot of brush removed along the cart paths.

Good course in ok shape. Bunkers are in terrible shape.

If you use Golfnow or Teeoff they make you wait until 15 minutes before your tee time to check in, even if they aren't busy. Only course that does that and that will cause us to choose other courses over them. Not sure why they instituted that policy, as it is nice to tee off early if all your players are there if the course isn't busy.

First timer and let me tell you it’s a nice course. We got rained but still managed to finish 18. Will definitely come back and play .

Overall a great deal when considering course conditions, excellent restaurant, nice practice facilities. Enjoyable day at course.

Excellent course and good shape except for the bunkers which were pretty much pathetic and no effort was made at all to groom them.

Played during a monsoon morning, a bit of rain during our round. Course maintenance had to clear paths due to fairly heavy overnight water flow, they did a good job.

Greens soft, balls would hold, but not immediately. Bunkers still need work (rocks / firmness) but also had water in them occasionally, so drainage needs improvement. Fairways and tees very good, all green and playable.

This courses layout has never been an issue, fun, visually enticing, and just challenging enough.

Staff friendly, clubhouse open and first rate facility (although seems to close early, reopens for dinner?).

This facility is on an improving path and is a great place to play the game we all love.

Ranger was in a rush to get us off the course. Didn’t even greet us. Expected us to finish 18 in a little over 3 1/2 hours.

First time playing here for a year. Before that that i have played here MANY times. The tee boxes, fairways, greens were the best I've ever seen here. The traps still suck but every other part was awesome. We played in a little more than 3.5 hrs. The greens were extremely receptive. I love this course.

liked the course layout, pace of play was good, considering the warm weather course conditions were good.
