Course staff cannot manage frost delays
I am a frequent player of this course and love the course itself, but it is clear that they have no idea how to manage player flow on the course. Frost delays are common in Tucson during this time of year and most courses try and manage the delay with creative solutions. This course has no clue how to do that and the starter staff is not willing to listen to options to ease the delays. I also question how well the marshals keep it moving as I watched a 3 hole gap never get remedied while the starter was unwilling to allow a twosome to go in the gap to ease the issue. In general, I paid way to much for what will likely be a 9 hole round. My advice is stay clear until summer so your not wasting money!!!
Awful Staff
The only positive review I have of this course was our beverage cart, however it doesn’t make up for the rudeness of the starter and golf shop associate. I’ll never return to this course due to the unfriendliness of the starter.
Nice course
This is a very nice course that has a lot of sand that comes into play on most holes. I would definitely play it again
Absolute jewel!
This course is beautiful and both challenging & forgiving. The variety of tee boxes allows you to play to your skill level. The greens are fantastic. Would play this course weekly if I could!
Today’s round
5 1/2 hours to play on Friday. Totally discouraging! Had about 12 bozos in front of us all playing the black tees and a mess!
Great, fun course
This is a great course, grounds are kept nicely, access to all areas of play, Over-seeded perfectly from tees, fairways, to greens. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Been played a few times this fall, need a casino discount next time we play though.
Great day with family for Thanksgiving weekend
Courses in great shape. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Perfect Day
Sewailo is in great shape right now. The fairways are in perfect and the greens are even better.
Great golf course ! Greens are amazing !
Golf course and staff are excellent !! Keep up the great work !!
My wife and I have played Sewailo once a year for the past four years. The course is always in good condition and fun to play.
Need a marshall
Tee'd off at 12:50, didn't finish till 5:45 due to very slow play in front of us. We loved the course, very nice fairways, greens and rough. Very picturesque desert course. I would probably have given this course a 5 star rating but it is hard to really enjoy yourself having to wait 10 minutes on (every!!!!!) tee box and than again for your next shot. This is a nice course and priced high enough that they should marshal slow play. I would love to play this again if I thought I wouldn't have the aggravation of slow play but since they don't have a marshal I won't. You may want to take a chance and check this course out, it's beautiful but beware.
