Never again. 5 and a half hour round. Not a ranger in sight. Course was full of people who probably never played before.

This was my first time here so I can't speak of conditions well after re-seeding but today they were above average. People that complain saying they didn't know it was cart path only are being ridiculous. There were signs everywhere. Multiple people told me ahead of time.

The good:

Nice practice facilities.

Nice clubhouse and great staff. I saw the cart girl multiple times. I saw Marshalls multiple times.

Nice course. It is still coming back from reseeding but it was in great condition.

For the value, I highly recommend it.

The bad: Pace of Play I booked for 11:30 in the afternoon. I was told I could go out whenever because they weren't that busy. Which was awesome. The group two groups ahead of me were slow. The immediate group ahead of me was nice and told me I could go through but I wasn't in a big rush. I had no one behind me so I took longer on all my shots which was nice. At one point the group ahead of me became out of my sight.

I joined up with the two in front of me on the back nine because the two in front of them became four and were slow. They apparently added two more and it got bad.

The confusing thing was I saw multiple marshalls out there.

I will play again but I feel like this could have all been avoided. Maybe they were talked to but didn't care, Judging by how they treated the carts and their pace of play that group probably didn't care.

The condition of the course was good to very good being less than two weeks out of over seed. The greens were consistent. They were not summer fast but they were not the shag carpet so many other courses have two weeks out. Hats off to the greens keeper for doing it right. Our first 4 holes were played in a little over an hour. The course staff was aware and make them change to a scramble format for the slow foursome. It did speed them up to a more normal pace. Overall a good value for the course.

We player on saterday afternoon. It was carpath only (overseeded). Small greens & portected by lots of sand traps. Sand traps missing sand. Almost 5 hours to play. Nice layout, greens in good condition.

Members act like they own this place. Very rude. Lady came up to us no hello hi etc - they act like they own the place. Stupid.

Had fun but staying on the cart path for the first time after overseeding brought on a different game.

Pace of play was ok 4:20 not great. Saw many people trying to figure out distance to the hole. I found a distance on a sprinkler head it said 181 I thought seemed reasonable walk 15 yds found another 242 yds next sprinkler head had nothing. At least a stick red, white blue, 100,150 & 200 next to cart path. Stood on a number of tees wondering if group in front of us were out of range, guessed wrong 2 times. Fun course.

We played 5 days after opening after over seeding. The greens were in good shape and true but somewhat slow but which is normal. We had an extremely slow group in front of us. After 5 or six holes, the staff told them to play scramble format and that speed-ed up the group. Good selection for the price.

Enjoyable place to play at a great price. Staff was perfection.

My wife and I played on 10/18 when the temp was about 100. The staff we interacted with were wonderful, pleasant and extreme helpful. The starter took us to 1st tee and gave us a short history of the course. We were behind a foursome who were relatively slow and had one empty hole ahead of them. At the turn we finally asked if we could play through which they grudgingly allowed. We never saw them any where near us after.

We really liked this course. The fairways and greens were awesome. The staff were friendly, courteous and pleasant.

It's been here longer than probably everyone who will be reading this! And it is still a great and fun place to play.

It has its own challenged but it is a fair course.

Lots of sand traps around the green so be careful and be prepared to hit out of some sand..

Most of all enjoy this unique gem of a course.

The fairways and greens are in great shape.

Tree trimming has made the course very playable because you're rarely in "bad" trouble any more.

Pace of play was good, the company was great; you can't ask for anything more than that.
