Morning view down the Par-5 5th fairway. A strong drive, especially to the center-right fairway, sets you up to go for the green in two! Photo submitted by vmustang on 04/25/2021

Nice Resort Course which could use pampering.
What I enjoy most about this course is the mature trees for much required shade in Arizona. The Tee Box and fairways could use some pampering. The Greens are plush and fast. The Staff is friendly and professional.
San marcos
Bunkers are great. Grass is mostly dead. Overpriced for the conditions
Summer Golf
Play "summer golf" with a group of 10-12 ladies all over the valley. This is one of our favorite places; lots of mature trees that provide good shade. The guys at the bag drop and check-in are always friendly and welcoming. Other than the aeration plugs on hole #1, the course was in decent shape, given the harsh summer conditions this year. Experience at Grill60 was pleasant with cold beer, good food and service.
Loved it
I love this course..,people are great..,good history..,greens and course were also good as usual. I frequently recommend this course to friends and always will. Much love ❤ for San Marcos!!
Love San Marcos
This is one of my favorite local courses, challenging but fair. The reason for the score of 4 on condition was the greens have been recently airiated so very bumpy and tough to make putts.
Front desk person is very surely
Staff needs to have a better attitude
sandy green
They recently vericut and airiated greens everything else was great and the greens actually putted fairly well
i was not told by golfnow that the greens were being airified and only 9 holes were open. very disappointed.
Beautiful Sunday morning.
Golf course was in very good condition. Pace was quick, but we still waited on almost every tee box due to group ahead of us not playing ready golf. They had at least 2-3 holes clear ahead of them. We were able to talk to the marshal who got their pace quickened for a little while, but slowed again on the final 4 holes. All in all a good time on the course.
Bunkers
Of course it’s the oldest course around . Understand. However. I reviewed this and your asking me to do again . Bunkers are excessive . At every green . No ice on carts .
