Great day at Eagle Mountain! Photo submitted by uOQDZ5699OQ on 09/26/2012
Great Course Layout
Really enjoyed the course. I have played here a few times over the years. Still some really great holes.
Only negative to the round was a group in front of us that was notably slow, but had overheard them in the pro shop saying they had some first timers.
Overall a really fun course with some cool tee boxes. Would definitely come back and play again.
Phenomenal
From when we got there up till when we left the experience was nothing but amazing. Showed up and had our bags loaded up for us, then went inside and paid and was informed of complimentary range balls waiting for us. Range was in good shape and practice greens were about the same as the course in regards to pace. The course had breathtaking views on nearly every hole, and for desert golf the course was very forgiving on funneling the ball back from the side rough into the fairways. Had a great time here on a quick golf trip. Will definitely have to play here again.
Great course for $77.
It’s the dead of summer with torrential downpours and monsoons making everything soaked. That said, I have heard during peak season, this course is incredible. I thought it was good for the price point. Glad I got to enjoy this place. Great views. Staff was outstanding. All of them made me feel welcome immediately. Pace of play was awful. 5.5 hour round. Backlogged seven groups. Come on. Course layout was fun. Plenty of slopes to help you out for the errant drive. I would play again and recommend for this price point in these summer conditions.
Course in nice condition for summer
Great course and layout. Great conditions for this time of year. Great experience overall however pro shop staff lacked any personality at all. Made me feel as we were bothering them to pay for round and buy a shirt. Outside staff very pleasant and accommodating. Lunch was good but service very slow.
Great value
Course was in excellent condition for late June. Greens were slow, but perfectly maintained. Playing from the gold tees is 6800 yds and plenty challenging. Loved the back nine and the views are top notch.
course is great
the course is great, green everywhere, layout was good, views were fantastic, greens were challenging,. water on every other hole which was great because it was hot and humid when we played. cafe food was just ok, waitress forgetful. will absolutely play here again.
Only thing is greens could have been a little faster.. but that’s my preference
10/10
This a great course for all levels. Challenging but also fairly forgiving. The views, scenery, and wildlife are fantastic. And the staff is the nicest, most accommodating we’ve yet to encounter! 10/10 recommend!
