About Rancho de los Caballeros
Located in the historic western town of Wickenburg, Rancho de los Caballeros is a luxury dude ranch set on 20,000 Sonoran Desert acres that is open seasonally from October thru May. It offers stay-and-play golf packages with the next door Los Caballeros Golf Club, a past recipient of the Golf Advisor Golfer's Choice U.S. Top 50. Rancho de los Caballeros offers authentic ranch activities from hikes with a naturalist to skeet and trap shooting. Jeeps, ATVs, horseback riding and more are all available on the expansive property. The property has 67 guest rooms and 12 suites and offers meeting space and team-building programs. The Kids Club has western activities in the morning and at night and babysitting is also available. Wickenburg is located about an hour northwest of Phoenix-Scottsdale and is home to a small collection of excellent golf courses, including Los Caballeros and Wickenburg Ranch.Facts

Beautiful arra
Very scenic golf course fairways need water, greens watered to much very soft, however the greens did roll true. Got something to eat after beautiful view from the restraunt in a old southwest setting.

I thought the front 9 was more beat up then the back 9. I also thought the back 9 was more difficult and more beautiful. But overall I enjoyed the course. I will be back again to play

Slow pace of play and course is in terrible shape
Very disappointed with the pace of play today. Had a foursome then a bunch of twosomes in front of us which may pace very slow. Waiting on every hole to tee off and hit remaining shots.
Course was in the worse shape I had ever seen it. T boxes were beat up fairways were bare and greens were really rough. Not worth the money to play unless they clean up the course.

Beautiful views, long course
Staff was very friendly and professional. Driving range and putting green were great! Views are incredible! Some tough holes but very playable. Will definitely be coming back.

Nice layout
Always enjoy playing this course. Greens were quick and in great condition.. Only problem we had was with the bathroom on the back 9. The toilet flusher chain and flapper were broken in the mens toilet and the cart did not have a key for the womens. Beer was $5 a can which is excessive for a 12oz can of beer. Will not be purchasing beverages next time we play. There were two bottles of water on ice in the cart since there was not drinking water on the course. We brought our own water mugs with ice.

Beautiful
A fun and interesting course. Pretty easy to play your first time out. Pretty much shows you where to hit the ball. Greens were fast and some had a lot of break. Stay below the hole or you will 3 putt a lot.

Blast from the Past in the Old West
Los Caballeros Golf Club is a excellent course to challenge your skills while marveling at beautiful vistas and valley's less than an hour N/W of Phoenix.
The old West ambiance of both the clubhouse and tee markers makes this a fun experience definitely worth checking out.
Quick greens and manicured sand bunkers make this course very enjoyable to play.

I was very disappointed when we learned that we paid 70.00 plus convenience payment and taxes. And Groupon was offering the same course for 40.00. The tee time after ours was 45.00 per player.
