Eighteen green Photo submitted by Rosey461 on 06/16/2014
Nice shape but pretty boring to play
Overpriced for the quality of the coarse design. Definitely a "resort" coarse.
Course was in incredible condition
Great course ! Scored a great price on day of Super Bowl. The layout of the course was challenging yet fairly forgiving off the tee. Spectacular shape with fast greens ! First time playing and would love to come back. Wildlife on and off the course was a nice addition to the day.
Amazing round
Played the piipaash course at the end of January. The course was in excellent condition and played very good. Greens, fairways and tee decks were all exceptional. Next golf trip will definitely be coming back.
Slow play
We were 50 minutes (and I mean 50 minutes) late in finishing our 10:45 am start time. I have.never seen a course so slow in my entire life and I’m 79 years old.
Great, if you like ROCK HARD greens
Tees and fairways were in GREAT shape; however, the greenside bunkers were lacking sand, and the greens were like concrete. My group had several wedges and short irons just hit and bounced past the pins, or off the back of the green. Putting was beyond difficult.
Unbelievable that course at this price would have such unplayable greens.
First timer
Play paapaish course was in great shape greens were very firm and fast. Challenging to land an approach shot on but fun to putt. 100 would play again
Seattle golfer
Nice course, uneventful views and no dog legs, 2 par 5s. Good condition and awesome staff.
Dusty's day
The greens were fast and as hard as hitting on concrete. I hit a perfect sand wedge from 80 yards. It hit a foot in front of the pin and never left a divot and rolled out 34 feet. It should have stopped around two or three feet from the hole. There was nothing but dirt in the sand traps and it was only about and 1/8 inch deep. Impossible to hit a good sand shot and if you happen to land where you wanted it to, it almost always ran out 40 or 50 feet past the pin for a total of 100 feet in one case.and in another case all the way across the green and down the hill on the other side into a pond. For a resort course and the money we paid it was a major disappointment. I am and have been over 40 years a single digit handicap and I worked in the business for a number of years after I retired. I've played a handful of US open courses including Pebble Beach, Torry Pines and The Woodlands in Texas, so I know what a good golf course should look like.
Fantastic
Loved the piipaash course, great condition, greeens were well hydrated and played a bit fast. Course layout was great, weather also great. Great driving range with as many balls as you want to hit before your round. Staff and starter very friendly, will definitely be back to play again.
Greens are really fast & watch out for the coyotes
Great course! Had a BLAST, all the course staff were super friendly would definitely play here again! Greens were super fast but thoroughly enjoyed the track! Watch out for the course coyotes!
So So
Great conditions. Great resort. The golf was pretty boring. Play this course if you want friendly staff, well manicured grass and to just grip an rip. It’s flat boring wide open. Greens are in good shape
Great to knock the rust off to start a trip but the price doesn’t match the course .
Poor customer service after a great day of golf.
Played the piipaash course today. The course was in excellent condition and played very good. Was very happy with the golf, unfortunately staff at the course put my golf bag on the cart and didn’t strap it in properly and my bag feel off the cart resulting in my driver shaft breaking in half. Staff at the pro shop pretended to care and made it seem like they were going to do something about the broken club and just toyed around with me. I ended up waiting for a couple hours after the round for them to do absolutely nothing about it. Extremely poor customer service. Will unfortunately never go back and never recommend anyone to go based on how they handled the situation. A simple no I’m sorry or free item from the pro shop would have made me okay with it. Instead they questioned if I saw the bag fall off the cart.
