About The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort, Scottsdale
Near downtown Scottsdale, The Phoenician, A Luxury Collection Resort, is a five-star golf resort that underwent significant renovations in 2017-2018. This large resort features over 600 guest rooms and also includes a fractional ownership program. Guest rooms are 600 square feet and suites are one or two-bedrooms starting at 1,200 square feet. Guests have access to an extensive athletic club that includes tennis, pickleball and on-demand, virtual exercise classes. The pool complex is three-tiered complete with an adults-only section and waterslide for kids. There are nine dining concepts scattered throughout the resort and golf club, from casual poolside fare to J&G Steakhouse for finer dining. The resort-style golf course winds up and down mountain terrain and was renovated in 2018 and reduced from 27 holes to 18, playing to just over 6,500 yards from the back tees.Facts

Not worth the cost
$200 afternoon tee time you expect the best. We could play alot better courses two times for the same amount in summer. Hot afternoon golf and cart attendant was no where to be found and the snack shop was closed so no beverages. Course in decent shape but not worth $200 summer tee time.

Got it for $60 which didn’t make it too bad.
Some bare tee boxes and spots on fairway- layout wasn’t too fun.

Friendly staff
The staff was great and redeemed the experience. A little overpriced for the condition of the course. Greens are a mess. Did not feel like a Troon course.

Aerated greens were a war zone - no one mentioned at bookinh
Have wanted to play here for awhile, flew in just to play for two days, and what an incredible waste of money and time. Super bummed to not have bern told of the absolute terrible condition of the course when booking. No refund. No discount offer end, no future credit extended…. Just grab your wallet sir, we’ve got an experience for you!
I wasted my time and money here.
