Tubac afternoon jam
Course conditions excellent. Repairs, improvements,& upgrades have been very well done (& were needed).
Beautiful day, we had a great time.. Loved it!
Best in AZ
Absolutely perfect. Course layout, amenities, staff, conditions, pace of play, relaxed atmosphere, dining, on-course beverage service.... cannot think of anything not worth a perfect 5 star score. Best golf experience I've ever had in Arizona, bar none
Slow play
The back nine (Rancho) is exceptionally pretty with mature cottonwoods and few homes. It's clearly the most challenging of the nines we played; while the Otero nine is unremarkable and surrounding by development. The slow pace of play, especially on the Ranch nine, and over 1 hour drive would likely keep me from returning, but glad to have played it at least once.
Great Course
Not very facilities and course. The staff is awesome.
Great Course
Very playable even for high handicappers like me. Facilities are very nice.
First trip to Tubac
Excellent place for family outing. We are not great golfers but arrived late in the day so we would not bother anyone. This was great fun for our family of 5. The location is beautiful. The staff and hotel are very friendly and inviting. Definitely worth the trip.
Tubac was excellent, again
I always love playing Tubac. My partner and I had an 8:10am tee time. Chilly at first but it warmed up quickly. We finished our round in 3:24. Great pace! It seemed like we had the course to ourselves. The course was in great shape. The greens were true and fast. Staff in the pro shop, Cantina and the starter were all very friendly. My only complaints (minor) is that it seems the Cantina breakfast shack has had a non-working credit card machine the past 3-4 times I've played here. Prepare to come with cash in case it's not working again. Also, the lunch we had at Stables was good, but it took the cook 2 attempts to get a Reuben sandwich (no cheese, with bacon) and the salad (no blue cheese) correct. They also couldn't (wouldn't) make an omelette for my partner. Come on guys, the place was empty. In a resort that bills itself (rightly) as high-end, making an omelette for a customer shouldn't be a stretch at noon. Overall, a wonderful experience, as always
Great Experience
Track is well laid out with greens running fast.
