Unfortunately did not play Ranchero which is the most interesting nine.
Still a good course and always in good shape.
Very enjoyable golfing experience.
This golf resort has great practice facilities, friendly staff, and 27 challenging holes. The course is very well maintained and the greens are fast and roll true. There are many sand traps and ponds to challenge the best golfers. A very enjoyable golfing experience.
Tin Cup was like GOLD!
I was lucky to be able to play the Rancho course as my front 9 so I could see the signs from the Costner movie Tin Cup; and, more importantly, play the same holes. From the warm welcome of the pro shop and starter, to the practice areas, to the best pace of play I've enjoyed in the last three months (3.5hrs), the entire afternoon was a memorable experience. Well worth the drive to get there!
Disappointed
Always love coming to Tubac. However the last few times that we have come to play the resort course I have been pretty unhappy with the conditions. There are much prettier courses to play in Green Valley.
Tubac review
As I've come to expect, my round at Tubac was enjoyable. My partner and I played the Otero/Anza 18 combo. 9:40am Sunday tee time. Only took us 3:30. Great pace with only a slow foursome ahead of my twosome on the last 4 holes. The course was mostly in great shape, with a few of the greens having some trouble with disease maybe? The staff is always friendly. The Cantina for a pre-round breakfast sandwich is always a good call
Cool place
This was intetesting to play... not great but a cool ranc like feel is it worth the time and money. Not sure.. the restaurant was great after... service not over thr top but fine.
The course is interesting.
Course has some good holes, but the greens need work.
Christmas 2021 thru New Years weekend
We played 5 rounds on our Christmas holidays in 2021. The course is well kept, the pace of play is good and the vistas are beautiful....Really a golfers paradise with food drink and lodging adjoining the course... Also, only a short distance to Tubac village where there are many shops and restaurants.
