Well maintained wilderness course
The fairways and greens were in great shape. Lots of shade from mature trees. This course is fun, scenic and challenging especially from the tips.
I love Tubac
There is something about the understated ambiance and simplicity here that I love. It's the beginning of the "off season" here so no crowds, very chill atmosphere. The course was in good shape. I love playing here.
Excellent golf outstanding beauty
Very nice day. Tee boxes fairly placed for all levels of golfers both men and women's. Course in very good condition and pace of play excellent. Natural beauty and humbling vistas will be memorable. All in all a return is definitely on the schedule.
Great Course BUT Beware
Very friendly staff greats you, great practice facilities, three separate 9 holes to play BUT watch out for the occasional cow pie (not a big deal) but get behind a slow group and no Marshall’s to speed play up. We were looking at a 5 plus hour round when we quit with three holes to go. An easy fix if the course wants to make the fix. We will play it again!!
Course ok
Course was fine but were paired with a couple that played very slow so round enjoyment was diminished.
Another great day at Tubac
We played today at Tubac Golf Resort and had a very fun round, despite the wind. The layout is challenging in good weather, but the 20 mph winds with gusts even higher made it especially tough. The course is in very good shape, with good fairways, smooth and slick greens, and actual sand in the bunkers. I recommend it highly for golfers who enjoy a challenge.
Great course
Well laid out and in Great shape. The only thing really missing are the tee boxes . Better color display would be good (blue white ect....). Very hard to see specialty on 18 where they were just wood sticks indicating colors of the tee box. But that would not sway me negatively about this course. Well worth the money .
Relaxed
Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Make sure to play the Rancho nine...part of Tin Cup filmed there.
