Resort Course
Played Anza nine and then Rancho nine. The Anza nine was in good shape with tee boxes and fairways in good shape. Greens were firm and rolling well. The Rancho nine was not in the best of shape for tees and fairways. Possibly awaiting aeration and over seeding to begin, but hopefully something. Greens were in good shape.
Rain out.
Got to play the first 7 holes then we got rained out. Wondering how Golf Now deals with rain outs?
Bob
Like I said before it had a lot to offer for all golfers. Well with the money.

It a very good course with a lot of challenging holes for all level.
Green and beautiful
We played the Rancho & Otero courses. For the most part the fairways were good. But some spots with no grass. Greens were really nice. Absolutely beautiful area. Tons of shade Nd temperature wasn’t too bad. Very nice staff on the course and in the bar.
Excellent
The course is in fantastic shape. Fairways are lush and well maintained. Greens were forgiving if a bit slower than I am used to, but putts ran true.
Wow!
We played Anzo/Ranchero. The course was in fantastic condition, considering the time of year! While it is a difficult course for our level of play, it was extremely forgiving, and a fun day.
We were both disappointed. The greens were in good shape, but the grass on the fairways and ladies tee boxes were dried up, felt like we were playing in a pasture. We were expecting more. Not near the condition of courses in Green Valley. At least the price was cheap. Nice views, good food at restaurant. Worth playing once, but maybe in the winter.
Beautiful!
Great golf course! Beautiful. They handled the business very well - there was a tournament going on, but we were able to start according to our tee time. That's why the rating for the "time of play" - took about 5 hours. Course was in great shape.!
Otero/Anza best combo of nines
Played this course several times over the years but had never gotten to play the Otero 9. What a hidden gem. They should pair this 9 up with Anza more often. Can skip Rancho 9 any day. Greens in great shape: rolled well. Fairways and roughs in decent shape.
Poor management
The course is great but they keep letting these big groups(maybe members) out and they all are obnoxious. Loud music, sometimes 5somes and poor etiquette. They drive up almost on the greens, hit their drives before the fairway is clear and drive up on you when you are hitting your shot. Even after the proshop was made aware of it they still did nothing! Those groups must really pay well! It could be amazing but the people running the course do not understand what real customer service is! Its a shame. Ive had problems the last 4 times out!
Great weather and playing conditions
No wait ... went right on the course. For me, it is the prettiest course I've ever played in Arizona even during mid-day as the tree canopy is quite impressive with incredible views, great fairways, and well-kept greens ... by 6:00 p.m. we were even getting cold as the temps dipped from a high of 96 to around 76 degrees. All of the holes were uniquely and cleverly designed to challenge beginners all the way to scratch golfers ... a very enjoyable experience and "must do"
Tubac golf
Had a blast celebrating wife’s birthday with good friends. Course and staff were excellent, and the dinner afterwards was really good. A very nice time on a very nice course.
Great rate and course was in very good shape. They must water a lot because the greens held the ball well and allowed for backspin.
Great course The
The greens were in great condition as was the fairways. The only thing that got me was all the water.
Beautify and well maintained course.
When you got to Tubac Country Club you know you've just arrived at a very special southwestern location. The golf course lives up to the country clubs image. the green are fast and true, the fairways are green and well groomed. The entire course has some the nicest Cottonwood and Mesquite trees I think I've ever seen. I highly recommend this course to anyone how enjoys a well manicured course with beautiful scenery.
