green conditions Photo submitted by u000003377470 on 10/21/2019
Nice public course
The Marshall monitors the pace of play regularly so everyone keeps moving. A harsh summer did a number on the grounds but they did a good job with overseeding to bring it back. The greens were a little thin and super fast. The snack bar between 9 and 10 was not open but the snack cart was driving around. We enjoyed the course and will be back.
Nope
Staff are excellent!
Course conditions are very very poor
Way to expensive for the conditions. Would not recommend
Arizona flat.
Started off at 1:15. A bit to late. Had to wait a while to tee off on most holes. Quit after 16.
The course was in good shape Greens were a bit quick.
Give it a try. But get an early tee-time. Check your yardage.
Have Fun.
Disappointing
Course is poor and not worth the low price to play. Would recommend paying $20-50 more and play a half decent track. Overall, a waste of 4 1/2 hours and 70 bucks. Sorry, not a fan.
This course needs water
Very disappointing course
Has seen better days
Greens were fine
Rest of course looked abandoned and left to melt back into the desert one star at best
Something went south
We played this course a month ago, cart path only, it was in great condition! Played on 11/16, 90 degree rule, and the course literally has gone downhill! Lots of dead grass spots in the fairways, some tee boxes had just sand and were not level, greens were so-so, and one hole par 3 possibly #12, had a leaking irrigation and there was a pond on the approach to the green. I hope they fix it! Would like to see the trash picked up routinely during the day. It’s sad to see how bad the course is right now. The staff is great though!
Fun course, not too expensive
Course was in oretty good shape, just coming out of overseeding. Second time i have played here and its fun. Not as nice or interesting as msny in the valley, but not as expensive either.
No range so be warm when hou arrive.
Wait a few weeks
Unfortunately the course did not come through the summer very well. There was a notice on the carts stating that because of the weather the grass was not very good. They stated that once the cooler temperatures have started the conditions should be better. I would recommend waiting a few weeks before playing this course.
