Good course greens were in good condition fairways were good for time of year. Will play again

We had the course to ourselves which was very nice. Fairways have some bare patches but the greens are in good shape. They’re a little slow but manageable.

must have been protecting the greens from extreme heat.

Tee boxes on 10 out of the 18 holes were uneven making it hard to setup for a good golf shot. The rest of the course was in alright condition given that its middle of June . More than likely wouldn’t play here again but if you have never played here and wanna get out and play golf for a decent rate this would be the course for you.

The staff were friendly, the greens were green and fuzzy, the fairways were in bad shape. The greens were actually the only saving grace for the round, green but seemed a little long. Pace of play was fair but when I hit 14 (11:30ish am) there was three groups waiting, no cart person and the ball washers were dry on a few holes.

I have played Painted Mountain numerous times and I enjoy playing there. The greens are in good shape, being on the slow side, but, very puttable. The fairways are not in great shape missing a lot of grass. It is a relatively short course and is not difficult. It is a nice and relaxing place to play.

Played with my grandson. Had fun and a good round. Greens were a little hard to read due to recently sanding. Staff is excellent. Will play again here soon.

The course plays long from the white tees, not much trouble that I found out there. The frount nine killed me but I did manage to sweek out a 36 on the back nine.

Played on 5/30, paired with a single guy(who was great). There were a quite a few younger guys getting ready to play so maybe a league. We’ve played this course a few times and a few weeks ago the course was really nice but now it’s dry, many dead/brown areas in the fairways and there isn’t any real roughs. The greens were actually good. Course is most likely going from winter to summer grass. Still would like to see the landscaping freshened up and trash picked up! This course could really be top notch if just a little more effort was added. The staff is always nice. There is only putting and chipping, no driving range. Carts are gas powered with a cooler. Pace of play was 5hrs and there were at least 3 marshals out. Not sure what happened. Would recommend to play if the conditions were better.

Great golf day at Painted Mountain. We had an early tee time, and we were allowed to pass a foursome ahead of us and finished the round in just under 3 hours. Course was in great conditions; greens were very nice and fast enough.

Greens were running bit too slow but they are in superb condition! Very lush and ran true just bit too furry.

Tee boxes were excellent except on few holes they could have been moved 5-10 ft forward or back for grass lies. We were off very early so wasn’t due to groups in front of us they just needed to shift couple tee markers.

Overall excellent value, great staff and lovely conditions especially this time of year! And great pricing really appreciated that!

Was able to break 80. Great course. Greens were excellent.

My nephew and I enjoyed the layout of the course. Used every club in the bag. It was fun and challenging. Greens are in great shape and pase of play was good for a Sunday afternoon.

Guy, his name, man at the bag drop was friendly and helpful. Inside staff cordial and professional. Had course prety much to myself. Greens in good shape Will be back again.

Overall experience was a good day of golf ! No drama no disappointments other than the usual missed putts.

It’s a good layout and they do what they can within their budget I’m guessing , to keep the course enjoyable to play. The green fees were reasonable and appropriate for a nice easy round of golf without breaking the bank.

Good tee boxes, good fairways, good greens ! All the things I like when I play here in AZ. If your going in expecting Scottsdale National you are not gonna get that.
