Devil's Claw
Great course. Loved the layout. Great views and friendly staff.
Excellent course
Just Has been over seeded so cart path only. The course is beautiful. In good condition. Staff are excellent .
Great conditions and beautiful course
The Devils Claw was in great condition. I assume the course was overseeded recently but you would never know with exception of the greens being a little slow.
Very fair course but plenty tough if out of position or in one of the monstrous but wonderfully maintained sand traps. The landings areas off the tee were plenty wide and pretty well defined by the architectur of the course.
The price was comperable to the other high end courses in the east valley.
Will be back!
Nice Course...but
As my title says, nice course...but. Well it should be a nice course at $98 for the round. Staff could be more inviting, just seemed to be hanging out together. Driving range was a joke, they had like 15 open slots, so you had to wait, I get there hour early to warm up, barley got to hit 10 minutes worth, and you had to scrounge for balls, till the guy finally came and filled them. For the price was expecting more - course is beautiful, greens are sweet, tee boxes need a little work, and the bunkers were top notch. Nice day, just over priced as golf is this time of year in Phoenix area.
Amazing Course
The course was amazing. Greens and fairways were in great shape. Tight and wide fairways. Scenic with mountain back drops.
Suggestions - they needed more golf carts. Didn’t get a cart until right before tee time. Ended up getting a flat tire too.
Fun Course, Poor Service
The course was very pretty and in good shape. The layout was a lot of fun. The greens rolled VERY slow at the start of the round, but picked up speed later on. The starter was all over the place, so we got off a little late.
We were told there would be drink carts on the course, one on each nine, but there were none and it was hot! That made it pretty uncomfortable.
There was a lot of water on the course for being in the middle of the desert. Fairways are in great shape. Facilities are nice.
Course was in great shape. Pro shop staff were very friendly. This is a challenging course but fun.
Top Course
Played for the first time here, WOW. Wry nice and well
maintained. Challenging with narrow fairways. But I really a very nice course. Would definitely ply again.
The course is in excellent condition.
This is one of my favorite courses in Arizona. The desert setting and views are magnificent, and most of all it's a FUN Course!!!
Cups beat, greens very slow
This course is usually in great shape. Unfortunately, not this time around. Greens extremely slow and shaggy. The cups looked like funnels and very beat. Greenskeeper needs to figure out how to cut holes as they were trashed and effected many borderline putts. For $80 bucks during this season is way too much for this course.. other valley courses much better shape and 1/2 the price.
Beautiful and Lush Fairways
Golfed here for the first time for my husband’s birthday weekend. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Even though it rained heavily over night the course played well and only ran into minimal rain effects.
Will play again
Conditions were rough for a great layout
Course has plenty of burnout and patches fairways. Expected some, due to weather, but these were excessively worn. Greens were pretty good. Course layout was pretty fun. 1-2 holes were pretty intense with their layout but it definitely was not a cookie cutter course.
