Outstanding Course
The layout of the Mountain Ranch demands shotmaking on every hole. I have only seen that requirement in courses that I have played in Europe ( Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy, and of course the UK ).
Plan your shots, and you will be rewarded.
Great Experience
From arrival to departure, you are treated well. Great course!
Always Great
Always great service, friendly people and wonderful experience.
Excellent hidden gem
Great golf course, one of my favorite in the state. Wouldn’t change anything except that when it’s 100 degree weather, some water coolers around the course would be much appreciated.
Great track for great price
If you want a course with views in the hills…this one is for you. Staff is super friendly. Price was awesome! Overall course conditions were above average. Bent greens rolled well. Fairways in above average shape. Only drawback was the bunkers. It looks as if they have decided not to spend the man hours on keeping them up.
So….if you want a nice round of golf, with a view…at a good price. This one is for you.
Will definitely be back
Great course
Quiet, challenging, worth the drive from my location. I have been playing this course since it opened. If your in the greets ferry area this is a must.
Nice little course
Got a heckuva deal on GolfNow ($35) to play here. Got there on a Monday morning about 45 minutes before teetime and hardly anyone there. Only took 3 hours to play, which was great -only ran into a foursome that let me play through after the first 10 holes. Overall the course was fun to play -much better than Indian Hills nearby. Tee boxes could use some work but overall the course was in pretty good shape. Would play there again.
Pleasantly surprised
The layout was very easy on the eyes as well as playability. Several holes are awe inspiring. One par 3 has an elevation change close to 130 feet!.I couldn't see the green until I got close to the edge of the tee box. So, with its secluded/ isolated location and a great price tag it's a great track!
People need to learn how to fix their divots, nothing worse then a really nice green beat up by careless people
Great golf
A very unique layout - beautiful views - one of the best maintained courses in the area . We will play again.
Excellent course
From the moment you walk in the clubhouse, you are treated like family. The course is doing great! If you are in the area, you have to play this course. We love it!!
