Always a joy to play at greenhorn.
Everything was excellent overall. The greens were very poor, but they just aerated and sanded them so that is to be expected. The staff made sure we were aware of the green conditions at check in. The fairways, and tee boxes were all in very good condition. The bunkers need some attention as the sand conditions were quite hard. But overall, it is a great course and always a joy to play.
Greenhorn is a nice course, however, we did not find out the the greens had been aerated until after making the payment.
I do not believe that we got the 'aerated green fee' which was posted at the pro shop.
GolfNow needs to address any issue's like this.
Sanded greens
Fairways, rough and tee boxes were in good condition.
Greens were sanded.
Bunkers were in bad shape.
Pace of play was held up by a slow group.
I would be nice if there was a warning on Golf Now that the greens were sanded or punched.
Course need a Spring Update
The bunkers were atrocious! Otherwise the course was where I would expect it to be at this time of year.
Great Day At the Links! Highy Recommend
Check-in was fast and courteous.
Golf course was in great shape.
Pace of play was excellent considering it was a Saturday.
Great course
This course is challenging and enjoyable the staff is always helpful and friendly if you haven’t played here yet you should check it out
Grn.Horn
Grn.horn is a beautiful and normally a well kept course. My last round there the course was not in the top shape I remembered. A list of little things that were enough to notice right away. I really hope the course gets back on Trac before my next round down the road.
Disappointed
Played here many times and the course was always in great shape. Not this time !
Looked as though they were just letting it go .
Grn. Horn
I’ve played this course many times and it was always in great condition. This time it was in horrible condition. Don’t know why, it looked like they were just not doing much of any maintenance on the course.
Beautiful Area But….
My group was excited to play here as none of us had played it in a long while. Well, rather than being made to feel welcome, the pro shop guy who checked us in, Rick, was rude, unfriendly, curt and overall negative in his demeanor. He must hate life or his job. He should not be in a customer service position because he set a negative tone for our otherwise excitement to play there. He left such a bad impression we complained to the friendly bartender, Travis. Every other employee we encountered was friendly. I hope management reads this ‘cause Rick needs to go or be reassigned to another position that doesn’t greet the public. As for the course, it has seen better days. The once manicured course was no more. Some greens were diseased, the fairway was extremely mushy in spots and tee boxes were ratty. For the condition, they are charging too much at $90. I would play again, but call in advance and hope for an honest assessment of course conditions. Happy hour has great food and drink prices.
Challenges Ahead But Doable!
Beautiful day on a very nice course with various holes challenging your choice of clubs! Undulating fairways and fast greens . Please repair your divots!
