About Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa

The Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa is the largest hotel on the famed Monterey Peninsula with 550 rooms, including 27 suites. The Knuckles Sports Bar is a popular hangout serving good food and tons of TVs for the big game. The Fireplace Lounge comes to life with live jazz on weekends. The Del Monte Golf Course, among the oldest courses on the West Coast, is located behind the hotel. Multiple outdoor pools are heated for year-round use. Within walking distance are the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row and the Old Fisherman's Wharf.

Unfortunate timing

I’ve played this course in the past and absolutely love it. Haven’t been back here since I first started playing golf 8 months ago so I was ready to get back and finally shoot under 100.

Unfortunately after my first tee off, I received a call and had to leave the course for a family emergency.

Hopefully I get to return to this course soon because it’s a beautiful course and was excited to get back on it.

Absolutely recommend booking this for a great golf day.

Del Monte was sweet

Had hella fun here. Check in was quick and friendly. Pace of play was great. Greens were fast so try and stay below the hole. Pretty much wide open. BTW this course is dog friendly
