Mountain greens (my front 9) were not mowed. Both the mountain and the Royal had a lot of debris like leaves, twigs, palm tree debris, and the like. Some dead areas on fairways and some of the greens.

I would recommend IPCC to all golfers and all levels of players. The course is coming along and is getting better by the week.

Hanger 19 has great drinks and fantastic food, Currently, the kitchen is not open on Wednesdays.

Out cart died after 9 holes and there were no carts available. it seems like they overbooked the course our start time got pushed back 20 mins.

I will not be going there again

We booked a twilight tee at 1:12 and arrived ar 12:40. We checked in and were and told that there was a delay. It turns out that there werent enough carts for everyone on the course. Rookie mistake.

First off tees and Finished 18 in 2.75 hours with a twosome. But lot of areas looked neglected including sand on greens and dead grass on greens. Also nobody in 19th hole for food and drinks until 1030am on a Sunday.

The course is in bad shape with dead spots and dead debris everywhere , Mole holes and ant hills everywhere. All garbages cans over full.

The only good thing I can say about this course is a very polite and friendly Marshall with the name of Bill.

Very poor course maintenance, no driving range balls, no holes in the practice green, not enough help to turn the carts over. Not a good experience.

needs a little more filling in on bare spots and a lot more water

There was no starter when I teed off so I just started when I finished the front mine I found out I had the wrong nine,, So when I played the other 9 I was between to foursomes. The group in front of me picked up my ball on one hole! Also my cart started having problems with 6 holes to play. I was lucky that I was able to finish I had to get a push up a small hill on the 18th tee. When I mentioned this when I turned in the cart the attendant couldn’t have cared less. Thankfully I got a good rate because if I had payed the full rate it wouldn’t have been worth it.

The course is better than it has been during the past two months. Management of time and putting golfers out on the course; especially, during tournaments need to be improved.

It is an enjoyable course.

We understand that reseeding has just been done but it doesn’t look like much is being done to get the course in shape for what we assume is the high season.

Do not believe any of the positive reviews. I completely wasted my money thinking I could play a course at a decent price relative to other courses. Just was not worth it. Don’t make the mistake I did.

We had a very good time and the course is improving. It is a fun course to play and it has challenging for all levels of golfers and all ages.

Drinks and food in Hanger 19 are outstanding.

The course is not in good condition. The cart was not well maintained and barely made it up a hill,

There were no ball washers, no yardage markers, no drinking water on the course.

I think it was very overpriced for the condition of the course.

I golfed this course last year and it was average. It was certainly in a lot better condition than it is now....Play was very slow...the course condition was very poor and showed obvious signs of neglect....I was very disappointed today and do not have any immediate plans to play again, however, I will try again in a month or so to see if conditions have improved
