Indian Palms Golf & Country Club - Royal/Indian

This was a last minute booking to play with my son who is close to scratch, we played 9 holes and quit because it was getting crowded. we were not aware that only one 9 out of the three were available. The greens ran well and for the money we did not feel bad quitting early.

They sold tee times for all 3 of their 9 hole courses, but 2 of them were closed for over-seeding, creating the worst congestion I’ve ever seen for the 1 remaining open courses. We had a 8:40 tee time and didn’t even make it to the first tee box until 9:40.

Horrible planning.

Course in the process of overseeding 2 of the 3 Nines. I played the Indian Nine twice, this was not advertised. Fairways had a few bare areas but very playable. Greens were slow but ok. I am interested to see what the other 2 Nines look like when they re-open after the overseed and other maintenence.

Pace was a little slow. But for 42 bucks I would do it again Fun and not to difficult but still a decent challenge

Didn’t know that it was one out of three 9 holes open for play , would have like to know beforehand it was ok first 9 went well second time around was a little slower 2 adults and a child in front of us didn’t mind that except they took their sweet time which was a little annoying adults could have hit and let the child play from their ball instead they let h hit every ball ,if you take more than ten stokes to reach a par 4 I’d say that’s a little too much no matter how old you are ,and that was part of the problem on a hot day , no Marshall around , went ri the club house to get some bottled water and the guy in there was rude won’t play again if that’s the kind of snobby attitude they portray

Unfortunately for me the were reseeding two of the nines so I got to play only the Indian? It was value for the money. Greens were in good shape , plenty of grass and the layout was interesting

Front 9 fairways very dried very Little grass on fairways, sand traps full of weeds

The try to get people to play but they have removed all water ,ball washers, and trash cans the course used to be beautiful but now it’s awful and under keep. The owner down Ot care about the people that live there only a Quick bucks The course is in horrible condition. We used to live there and I am so glad we left This course is on its last leg. It will close soon

I played this morning at 7:30. And now i'm compelled to write a review. So you all can be as proud of this course as I am. I've been driving by each day and the grass looks green from the outside. I decided today is the day. Boy was I pleasantly surprised when I teed off on the first hole and the fairways were cut and the greens were not dead. This is a far cry from the same course, this time last year. The course conditions are by far the greatest improvement. It's summer time, dry spots are to be expected, Indian Palms is not immune to these dry areas. But this course is in such good shape compared to previous years. I am excited, actually excited, to go back and play. I can't wait for season to start. Thank you Indian Palms for giving a go at reestablishing this golf course. The staff was friendly, the 9:30 a.m. breakfast burrito was perfect, and my round of golf was immensely enjoyed. The course still has a long way to go. Improvements are needed in many places. More leveled tee boxes, grass clippings removed from coarse, yardage and hole information at tee boxes, and better kept bunker are the most glaring. I was here to play golf and golf I played. I will be back.

Greens were great . If you are there to play and just have fun it is a great course. I recommend it for anyone

The course used to be a great Golf Course it is not now it’s definitely not worth the money they’re charging
