JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa

Valley course is nice, easy and good place to play. Greens were just a little slow but not bad and the grass was tight lies obviously because the winter time. We were done in under four hours not a lot of people playing this time of the year probably

Not sure what has happened here. No flowers around the greens as before. Water features turned off. Greens brown and won’t hold an approach shot. Lousy marketing. They have a captive audience at the nearby Marriott properties but do little to no outreach. I don’t get it.

The fairways were dried out & needed some attention. Greens were good. Bathrooms needed some attention as well.

Not worth what I paid, hard to hit it off the fairways. Grass was thin and dead. No marshal, very slow.

This resort is spectacular! The course is beautiful but the rolling fairways are extremely challenging. Played 14 rounds of golf in the past three weeks and scored 6 strokes higher on this course. For the price I would prefer to play somewhere where I am having more fun.

This course is good condition I like to play at this course I do play every year I come to stay at jwmarriott

This is a great course that we always try to play when in the PS area. It's a bit pricey, but other than that it's pretty much a perfect course. Staff was friendly, course was in great shape (as usual) and the pace of play was just fine, considering it was cart path only that day.

Sumptuous landscaping, beautiful layout but fairway conditions not at par with asking price.

Would never play here again. Cart and bags got soaked by sprinkler when parked at driving range. Starter never said a single word to us at beginning of round. Pace of play was terrible -- about 5 hours! Course was so compressed that on MANY occasions balls got hit into us from other fairways -- apparently nobody knows that you yell "Fore" in that case.
