What can I say this place is incredible the views the staff and the course just in general I want everybody to come

This course will beat you up regardless of your playing level, but it will be the best beating of your golf life! the staff were uber-attentive, but not intrusive. Everyone was great about the things to watch out for on the course. There is no gps on the cart, so it's old school, with blind shots often. I will go back for sure!

My wife & I, played and had a lot of fun. Would go again.

The course redesign took out most of the slanted fairways and the views are spectacular. We will definitely return.

Having been to the High Sierra a few times for golf, I'd always heard some notorious things about the Dragon, and it only piqued my interest when I heard it had reopened and I could finally go play it back in the summer of 2012. I will say I found the course to be a delight. It's still a little tough, sure (and a blustery day didn't help things) but for the money it's one of the better courses out there and a far superior play to nearby Plumas Pines in Graeagle. Some of the mountain backdrops or gorge views from elevated tees are simply stunning, and you can really swing for the fences on a lot of holes. Some elevated greens make things tough to be sure, but it certainly isn't unfair anymore. Definitely give it a shot if you're in this part of the mountains.

The folks at the Dragon are making the course challenging but fair test of golf. It is again a "must play" especially if you've played it several years ago and haven't been back.

This course is extremely difficult, because the greens are like upside down bowls even when you hit the green in the middle the ball tends to roll off the green. Greens are in good shape but way to difficult for the average golfer.
