All 100 rooms of the Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan - owned by the Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation - are just a short walk from the pro shop and restaurants in the clubhouse. There's a fitness center, the Primrose Spa, tennis courts and an outdoor pool and hot tub nearby as well. The Willow Glen and Oak Glen courses are regulation length, while the Pine Glen is an executive course. The Sycuan Casino Resort, located three miles away, can also serve as a home base with more than 300 rooms, 10 restaurants and bars, more than 2,000 slots or video poker machines, more than 40 gaming tables, bingo and a 457-seat entertainment venue that hosts national musical performers and comedians.Facts

Terrible Experience
Not pleased with the treatment we received at the pro shop or on the course. They charged us for 3 additional players when we only booked for 10. I was told when I booked the tee time that even though we had 10 players they were going to put us down for 12 so that we wouldn't be holding up the rate of play. We ended up having 9 of the 10 players show up because one of them had COVID and couldn't make it. But they decided to charge me $1,200 for 9 players. Secondly we were threatened by the guy from the pro shop that if we were caught playing near our 2 groups of 4, that we would be booted off the course. We were told that the Marshall would be on the lookout for us. This was WHILE WE WERE TRYING TO TEE OFF ON THE FIRST HOLE BTW.
We have played here the last 3 years for our annual company Christmas party. Unfortunately we will not be coming back to play here. We will happily go play another course that is welcoming to our group.
I would also like to reiterate that the guy from the pro shop was super rude and left a terrible taste. My wife was very offended at the way he spoke to us and made us feel stupid for even being out there.
I would like to get refunded for the additional charges to my debit card that were NOT authorized and I feel tricked and swindled by the pro shop.

Gorgeous fall day at Oak Glen
What a fabulous round. Course was beautiful. Scenery was amazing and pace was grand. Love the pro shop and this whole facility. We both enjoyed our day and round tremendously!

Under Construction
No one is going to tell you that this course is STILL under construction (and has been for years). The day I played ALL of the fairways were closed to cart traffic and the 18th hole was completely closed. While I appreciate the improvements, they are still charging a hefty fee to play here in spite of the course not being fully playable. The carts here are geofenced and will just randomly stop working and force you to back up. This would be fine if there was any rhyme or reason to the geofencing. It got really annoying to have my cart stop working for no apparent reason.

I loved the remodeling!
I really enjoyed the place. I played with a couple visiting from Canada, and the 3 of us were very happy with the course. Without a doubt it is one of my 3 favorite courses in Southern California.

Great
Obviously, a recently renovated golf course; yet, very playable. Great pace of play could use a few more directions towards tee boxes, as first time players, it wasn’t always obvious. In a few years, it will be a Great golf course.

Great course - S L O W play
Slowest round I've played this year. In front of my 3some in carts: a 3some on carts, behind a 5some walking, behind a 3some walking, behind...no one. Cart Path Only all 18 holes - and no, no one informed us of this until we had already paid and reported to the starter. No, there was no accommodation for limited mobility. Hit the ball - drive - walk - hit - walk - drive again - wait for the groups in front to clear - repeat....every hole...nearly every shot.
We apologize for the slow pace of play during your round and for not being informed about the cart path only restriction beforehand. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and sharing your experience with us.
The New Willow Glen
The remodel has improved the course. More water and the greens are great. The fairway grass is not completely rooted and soft, probably will improve over time. The Red Tails Bar and Grill food was very good.

Great track all around. Greens were nice fairways too. Pace of play was quick, played in 4flat.

Pace of play
More should be done to keep the pace of play moving. No marshal patrol insuring everyone was was keeping up .

Course is looking good. Pace was great, especially for willow being shut down for upgrades. Greens rolled well. Weekend rates are getting out of control. Not just here but everywhere it seems.
