Gem in the middle of Nowhere.
The course was a delight to play with generous fairways and interesting undulating greens. The course was in good shape and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely go back to play again and recommend to my friends.
A MUST
Been over 2 years But Whow great layout
Played white tees very challenging. For
Older players a must on Your lod st
Good Foothill Course
Course is a good course, greens is good shape. Very scenic, fun to play.
Destination resort golf
One of the best courses in Northern California. Every hole is memorable. I’ve never had a slow round here- under 4 hours today.
Beautiful Golf Course
Having a challenging yet Fair Golf Course priced reasonably makes for a good day of golf
A1 experience
Had a great time today at Copper Valley. Nice drive from the Sac area but worth it. 12:40pm on a weekday and I was lucky to have the course to myself.
Tee boxes, fairways, and greens were all very well maintained. Sand traps needed some TLC but COVID precautions still looming, I understand. Alot of elevated shots with great views. If you hit your driver straight and far, you will find yourself in scoring opportunities.
Carts were the best. Bluetooth speakers, USB charging ports, cooler, ball and club cleaner, and screen with: gps to the hole, scorecard, course map, etc.
Staff were great. Encouraged me not to rush to start and just enjoy myself. Definitely will be back.
Beautiful Golf Course
Some of the approach areas where saturated with water that is my only issue everything else was very nice. I do understand though it is very hot out today
Awesome!!
Beautiful layout and great fun to play. Excellent condition.
Diamond in the rough
Worth the drive. Course was in great shape. Greens were excellent speed and consistent. Awesome views. Friendly staff. Weather cooperated. Perfect day of golf.
Greens still sandy after several weeks + Extra charge to ride single
The greens are still sandy after several weeks.
The course if also charging extra if you want to ride single in the golf cart. This extra charge and the condition of the greens is not listed or mentioned in their booking site or in Teeoff.com
The previous week their charged me $25 to ride single, this week $15.
Most courses at not charging extra to ride single because of covid.
Last week they said they are having issues with their golf cart batteries and did not have enough.
Rude staff at Copper Valley, over charged for use of golf cart
I was charged an extra $25 to for a single cart rider. When I mentioned that the website did not say anything about incremental charge for a single cart rider I was told by the Shop Manager that the website does not have to say anything and that I don't have to play if I don't want to pay the extra charge.
While I understand that courses may have different rules, first these extra charges should be spelled out in the booking websites. And the Manager does not have to be rude about it.
Also, the green have been punched recently and the website did not said anything about that either.
Friday afternoon golf
I absolutely love this course. Very beautiful and great shape. The greens had just been punched and sanded, but other than that, great course and great shape
