Clubhouse exterior very dated and needs a refresh.

Tee boxes, fairways, and new sand in traps in

good shape.

Need a course ranger!!! Slow foursome 2 holes behind.

Nice greens but grass seemed thick and slow.

Overall good value considering imperfections and plan to go back.
