Marriott's Legends Edge at Bay Point

Course is fine but they tend to stack families & large parties which slow the pace. I also had a cart that almost died around #14. My passenger & I had to push it a few times to get over uneven terrain. It ran at the pace of a small child walking the rest of the day & was a brutal experience while trying to relax & enjoy the day. I called the pro shop to exchange it & no one bothered addressing the issue. I was not pleased.

Way overpriced. Greens were really long and needed to be cut. Expected a lot more out of course for resort pricing.

I showed up a little over an hour early due to being on vacation and had afternoon tee time. Planned on warming up on range since part of the fees include range balls but was disappointed to find that it was closed due to rain lately. There was also a tournament going and instead of finding a place where the first groups finished and letting me go out and play at my own pace not to interrupt. I was told when I called it would be self start by the time my tee time was up so I should be able to start early... Again disappointed when I was told I would have to wait near putting green and someone would tell me if I could start early. Players were all either inside or taking extra attempts at longest putt. I finally took off 3 mins before scheduled start since I heard someone say last attempt in 5 mins. I was only able to play 8-9 holes before it got too dark. My fault for twilight but let down by a "prestigious" course. May consider coming back but only if I can afford the $120 round to play early in the day.

First time playing, very nice layout and challenging holes. Staff was great and club house was very nice. Disappointed in slow inconsistent greens. If your paying $100 a round you expect better greens.

Overall, the course was a great layout and fun to play. The greens had just been recently punched and we running slow. The pace of play was a little slow and there were no marshals on the course monitoring pace of play.

I played behind a foursome that started out okay on pace, but by hole 5 or 6, they had started to slow down and I noticed there was no one ahead of them. Unfortunately, they did not let me play through for the rest of my round, but it ended up being okay because I had my daughter with me on vacation and she loved the time out there (she’s 2, so she pretty much just followed dad). Staff was friendly, facilities were nice, driving range was closed the day of, but I loosened up by hole 4, practice green was similar to course greens, drink prices were fair.. all in all an excellent experience and not a bad way to shoot 83.

We enjoyed our round, however felt like the tee times were either booked to close to each other or people were not abiding by their tee times. We felt very rushed and had to let two different groups play through. I don’t have a problem with allowing people in smaller groups to play through however I’ve never had so many groups playing on top of each other.

The course wasn’t terrible, but it is a $55 course with a $120 price tag. Definitely not enough bang for your buck.

Love the course, always in good shape but fairly pricey…

Course was decent considering amount of rain they have had....carts on paths 6 holes, green speed very inconsistent . Here’s what left the bad taste....I was matched with a 3some...teed off at 7:35....Group in front of us (3) was completely off hole before we were summoned to tee.we had to be only foursome on course and only people actually sharing a cart. We got tired quickly of a 3some rushing up to tees behind us and let them thru on 5th hole...Ranger very rudely admonished us about keeping up... said that it didn’t matter if we were foursome, we were supposed to keep up!

By the way, we played in 3 hours 40 minutes!!!
