Mystic Dunes, a Hilton Vacation Club

This course is a 2-hour commute round trip and I would play this course every week if I could. Sensational greens.

Course and staff were up to par as usual. Always a great day when there!

Mystic Dunes will be amazing when they cut the greens. Always one of the best layouts in Orlando. Grass has grown in nicely. Just be prepared to bash it into the grain.

I have to preface, we played on a Hot Deal for $47 per person on a Saturday early morning. That said, the course feels & plays like it’s $100 pp. Tee boxes and fairways are in great shape and the greens rolled faster than I expected. The rough at times was very rough, typical for a course that has recently gone through major improvements. There’s a great mix of the large sand dunes in with water, which challenged us 10 to 20 handicap golfers. The 11th hole is absolutely gorgeous, I would come back for just that. Carts were equipped with GPS, Bluetooth, and with stock yardages. Nice experience overall, competes well with Disney courses and Championsgate for better pricing.

I was in town for business and played a round on Tuesday afternoon beginning at 4:30 PM. I was immediately challenged on the first hole and loved it! I was the only one on the course the entire time. The greens were in good shape and they were patching the fairways but it didn’t get in the way. The course is a bit challenging and also very beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and I think this course is a great value. If I’m ever back in the Orlando area, definitely will play here again.

From the golf shop attendant who let me go as a single to the friendly bag drop attendant greeting me at the end of the round, big shout out to the staff of Mystic Dunes. Golf course was in good shape and clearly on the way to better conditions.

Course, especially greens in very good condition. A little pricey for the round, and the carts track pace of play. Pace is a little slower than you’d expect, but not too bad.

Overall beautiful course. Somewhat challenging greens, awesome bunkers, and great for a round any time.

Was very pleased with the course. Chris in the pro shop was very nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. The starter Mo and his staff were great. Cleaned our clubs when finishing round. Tees, bunkers, fairways, and greens were in great shape. Few pins were tough. Few greens with tiers and good bit of slope. Really enjoyed and want to play again.

Live in the area and have played this course many times over the last several years. Since the course was closed and redone last summer, conditions have improved vastly. The summer heat, sun and rain have helped fill in some bare spots and greens remain pure (albeit a little slow). Staff is great and pace of play around 4-4:15 hours. Good food inside the clubhouse as well.

Good course plenty of sand with its own challenges

A great course with great facilities and staff. Testing for a 12 hcap off the blue tees but definitely worth a visit.

Mystic Dunes was a nice course in great shape. Look forward to returning when in Orlando.
