Challenging course and layout. Waste bunkers are a huge penalty. Greens are tough with some being extremely sloped. Hard for someone who doesn’t know the layout. Greens are a mess though. Looks like a fungus has gotten to them all. Shame. I hope they recover.

The greens were in poor condition, otherwise it was ok.

Several greens are in very bad condition. No one informed us of this prior to play. Everything else was fine.

It’s not a terrible condition, but I think it’s a bit overpriced for the condition that it’s in. Some of the greens are in really rough shape, they’re also very inconsistent. Bunkers are terrible, rock hard under an inch of fluff. Other than that, in the condition that it’s in, I say it’s a $50/60 course at best.

I always enjoy playing Mystic Dunes as a high handicap player. Others I played with complained about the greens mentioning the course was better maintained before Hilton took it over. I plan to play again.

Course was wonderful staff was very friendly. Would definitely come to play again.

Staff, including club drop & pickup, check in starter, cart girl, bartender, restaurant food all amenities great. Course is going through typical dry season conditions but as always it was an enjoyable round . Loved the whole experience

Layout is cool and challenging. Good risk-reward ratio. Some of the greens had some rough spots, maybe some weird fungus growing?

Fairways were in decent condition with a few ground under repair spots.

Staff was ok - nothing memorable.

Overall, cool gem in the Central Florida area, but with so many courses around the area, it might be a while before I return.

Definitely not worth $85 with everything else around, but once prices go down sure.

If you want to challenge yourself with a cool layout and interesting greens, decent place to do so.

Returned here after not playing for a number of years. This still remains a challenging course. Greens were in good condition but needed a cut, no real complaints. Tees were also mostly respectable.

Fairways were patchy and sandy in numerous places and sometimes had to take a prefered lie having found a lot of very handy as opposed to grassy lies.

This course is always enjoyable. Occasionally a challenging hole layout or green complex during the round. Great lunch at Kenzies…will return.

Enjoy the course overall. Generally well manicured.

Bag staff/starter - very friendly, easy to deal with (shout out to Pedro and Bob). Pro shop staff - not very friendly.

Pace and staff were good, we played in just under 5 hours which includes hiding under a tree for 20-30 minutes for a rain delay. Getting drinks and snacks before the round and during the turn was a little slow as it appeared only 1 person was working the restaurant/bar. Main issue is all of the bad patches of grass in the greens and bare spots on the fairway. We had to move balls on the fairways and greens several times to avoid hitting on or putting through the bad spots. Don't know if there is a valid cause (Cold winter temps) but other courses we played didn't seem to have issues. Would not recommend since you can pay similar rates in the area without the dead patches. If they bring all the grass back to life it would definitely be a nice course to play with challenging greens.

Got us on the course early. Allowed enough time between golfers so you didn't feel crowded and rushed. Course is in reasonably good condition.
