Yep, a "FIVE-sum", holding us up the entire back nine. Completely ignored by the Marshall. Photo submitted by Ernest1975 on 03/26/2016

great views of the resort. Photo submitted by Scott4497478 on 09/21/2012
Hawk's Landing in my opinion
Although the course was in good shape and the staff very nice, I wouldn't play this course again for 1/2 the price.
I've played much better & more challenging courses for considerably less money and enjoyed myself more.
I played another course earlier in the week for less than half of what I paid at Hawk's Landing and was considerably more impressed.
Not my favorite
Didn’t t really like the layout. Too tricked up for me. Weaves through the Marriot resort. Front nine is nice but too much water and forced carries on the back nine. Slows everything down.
18 used to be a par 5 but now is an island green. Groups stacked on the tee box because of the water hazard. Not a good finishing hole. Nice greens; great shape.
Best Course In Orlando Fl.
A Professional Golfer friend of mine from Australia asked me to take him to the USA for his 60th Birthday in December 2024. We had played TPC Sawgrass earlier in the week and also Ventura GC and I ran my own Golf Tour Business in Australia and took many tours to many overseas destinations and I would rate this course for daily preparation and presentation in the top 3 out of app. 500 courses I’ve played relatively tight but fair if you play to your limitations
A Must Play in Orlando
Had the pleasure of playing here for the first time on 1/6. I went strictly on reviews and everything I read was spot on. Course was well-kept, greens were challenging but well maintained and the pace of play was great. I regularly shoot in the 90s and found this course to be in manageable. The finishing hole is a memorable one that has a TPC feel to it. It’s part of the Marriott property and the same customer service you expect from them you’ll get at this course. I’ve played other courses in the area but this one is near the top of the list. If you’re in Orlando, play golf here.
Spectacular
Beautiful layout with immaculate conditions. Super friendly staff. Probably top 5 courses I have ever played. Can’t wait to return and play again
Solid Course
Course was very well maintained, greens were in fantastic shape.
Would definitely play again. We did think some of the holes were "quirky" - while not overly long from the back tees, having at least two par threes playing over 200+ yards was not expected.
Darn canadiens
Place is beautiful but all this time later I keep thinking about the Canadian that stole my 3 wood (paradym) off the tee box (my fault for laying down but etiquette is etiquette & tipping is out of your realm). Nice club eh? One favor if you steal my clubs please try and fix your pitch marks for us locals! Oh and if we build a wall ….. as a Mexican it should be across Canada because that’s where the cold air comes from!
Fun and challenging
It is a very enjoyable golf course. It is much more difficult than the length would indicate with many water hazards, including force carries. The greens are well defended with deep bunkers. Very interesting layout.
Great course
I had a great time on the course and was challenging will definitely play again
New years trip!
Made a trip down from Tennessee for new years. Played this course and absolutely loved it. This course builds confidence in your game as it is one solid cut. No rough. When me and my buddy pulled up to the course I told him it has to be cart path only since the fair ways looked immaculate. Pulled up to the starter and he said golf course is wide open. Go wherever you need to. I looked at my buddy with my eyes wide open with a big smile. As our courses back home are mostly cart path only during winter. We liked it so much we are gonna make a weekend trip (10 hours) to play this course again and enjoy the weather.
Great course
This course is great offering a good challenge for most golfers. Will definitely go back on m next holiday.
Great course
The golf course was in excellent shape for December
