About Reunion Resort & Golf Club
Originally developed by Bobby Ginn, Reunion makes a big impression, not just on first-timers but repeat visitors as well. All three golf courses - by Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and Tom Watson - stimulate the senses, and the luxe lodgings range from hotel-style suites to rental houses with 10 or more bedrooms. Proximity to Disney makes Reunion particularly convenient for families with younger children and an avid golfer or two.Facts

A Must Play when in Orlando
Beautiful course. Finished in 3 hours 15 minutes. An absolute must play if you were in Orlando Disney World.
Great course
Overall, the course was in decent condition but the greens were extremely slow.
great golf
excellent day on the course, greens were in very good shape
Average Course, unprofessional staff
the proshop staff was very rude. The unprofessional staff put you in the bad mood to start the round. I wanted to cancel the round if it wasn't a prepaid round. But I did canceled the next day round at the Championsgate just because I don't want to be near the reunion area.
The course wasn't worth paying over $100.
Unreal
Got to play here. The amount of water they give you is worth the price alone!
Average course with unprofessional staff
Purchased the early pre-paid teetime and didn’t bother to take my wallet. I always have enough cash in my golfbag and apple pay so I really don’t need my wallet for golf. During the check in, the club house require $5 resort fee. I never heard that before but no big deal. The problem was the resort went cashless and was only accepting credit card. No apple pay and no cash. I paid $100 for the round, but they were not let me play. I struggled for 10 minutes and a nice guy behind me offered to pay the fee for me, and I paid him back with cash. I am not sure whether I should take this as unfriendly staff or a bunch of idiots running the shop.
Anyway the course was about average. Not worth $100. More like $60 course for sure.
Great day for Golf
Course was in spectacular shape. Greens ran smooth and quick. Played at noon and only took me 2 hours. Never waited.
Fantastic Design, just not in good shape!
I played the Watson Course today. The layout is tremendous. I think the price was too much for the shape the golf course is in. It should cost around $60.00. The greens were okay; but not what you would think. Some greens had brown spots all over them. The rough looked bad on most holes. It just has been neglected. It almost appears they just do not have enough man power to take care of everything. The driving range was really bad. It had not been mowed in a while. Also, not much grass to hit range balls. It is an eye soar. The course is okay to play; but I was expecting more for the price I paid.
Great Course
Great layout really enjoyed the challenge of the Palmer course. Clubhouse personnel were not personable and didn’t make me feel welcome. The Starter was very accommodating and made me feel welcome. The GPS in the golf cart kept freezing up and rendered ineffective for the round.
Very good but expected a lot better.
First the good stuff. Great greens. Excellent speed. Very consistent which I love. Amenities if your talking driving range, practice greens, drink cart? All very very good. Awesome cart woman. Super nice and attentive.
Now the rest. If you absolutely love rolling fairways and some just bad lies in the middle of the fairway, you’ll love this design. Perfectly hit drives and you end up with a 25-35 degree lie in any direction. That’s not fair in my eyes. I hit a good drive, I should be rewarded. Not penalized. Not all the fairways are this way but way too many. Always wondered why I don’t hear that Reunion Palmer is one of Orlando’s great golf courses. Now I know. I’ve played Watson but awhile ago., but I do remember liking that course a lot better than Palmer. I’ll stick with that one. Nicklaus still left to try but I hear conditions aren’t great on that one.
Last thing…..Conditions. Tee boxes. Way too chewed up for a course of this pricing. Not all but way too many. About half the fairways suggested I move my ball a bit to get out of weeds and bare spots. Again. Right in the middle of the fairway and I’m looking around for nice grass. Too many times. Rough is hit or miss at best. Bare spots.
This is considered a high end course and resort. You’d expect a high end well kept golf course. Disappointing. I’m going back to Watson next time.
Nicklaus
Love the course, pace of play was extremely slow. Staff was awesome, from the bar to the starter, to the pro shop! I will be back, hopefully play a lot faster. Palmers next weekend.
Pretty nice
Overall, very nice course. Great conditions and a difficult layout. Well-placed hazards and small greens made for a difficult but fun round. Expensive though, and I prefer some other courses (Disney’s Lake Buena Vista for comparison) in the area for similar or cheaper pricing.
Difficult but fair. The greens were fantastic! Smooth and fast which I have found to be rare I Florida
Great resort all around.
Great looking resort for golf, accomidations and restaurants. Looking to hold our annual golf buddies trip here.
Terrible condition
Very nice golf course that is in terrible condition.
