Reunion Resort & Golf Club
About Reunion Resort & Golf Club
Originally developed by Bobby Ginn, Reunion makes a big impression, not just on first-timers but repeat visitors as well. All three golf courses - by Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and Tom Watson - stimulate the senses, and the luxe lodgings range from hotel-style suites to rental houses with 10 or more bedrooms. Proximity to Disney makes Reunion particularly convenient for families with younger children and an avid golfer or two.Facts

Club house rudeness
I somehow booked this resort course for the wrong day—before I even checked into the resort. 1 in our 4some had the right day. Staff in the clubhouse was rude and less than helpful—actually an obstruction to solving the issue. GOLFNOW was great in accommodating my mistake. And staff on the course were great. It was just the clubhouse that was the worst service I’ve ever experienced playing golf.
Fantastic day
Golf Course was in fantastic condition, staff were very friendly. The pace of play was not bad. I would definitely recommend this course.
Nicklaus Course
Challenging layout. Greens strategically guarded by bunkers.
Great course, shame pace of play - 5 hour round 👎🏼
Nice Track
Wish I could play here more. Courses are always fun. Not much water but course present plenty uneven lies. Bunker game better be ready.
A little slow but a nice course.
Course was booked last minute. Got paired up with 3 others which was good as trying to be a single around there would have been frustrating. Pace of play was slow. We waited on every tee, due to groups waiting for a group 4 in front of us. That being said the course was in good condition. Greens were fast and you didn’t want to leave a downhill putt. All in all a pleasant way to spend nearly 5 hours!
Premium price, but premium course
Prefacing this by the main perk imo: only way to get on this course is through a hot deal on GF, it’s private and I believe you have to be a member or staying at the resort to play otherwise.
Course was immaculate. Staff was super friendly. Parking was kind of nightmare for me, would’ve planned that out.
Range grass needs some rain, the only place they had taped off for nonmembers was shotgun central. But other than that I’d recommended 10/10 to all my buddies. Yea it’s $100, and you can play some courses for half that in the late afternoon that are similar imo. But I think the $100 is worth is 100%, especially if you can snag a time before noon. Will be coming back for the low round trophy.
SLOW PLAY
No Marshall's. Had up to 3 groups at a time waiting to tee off. Slowest round I have played in years
Great course and value
The course was in good shape. The fairways and tee boxes were in goo shape. The greens were almost over the work done on the greens which took place a week of so before we played. Overall the pace of play was good as we finished in just under 4 hours,
Hi,
I'm new to this area of Florida, which courses within 30-40 mins of Davenport would you say are well worth the money?
